The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Fugan Xiaoji Ointment Combined With Cyber Knife Treat Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective: Prospective randomized controlled clinical study method is used to help Fugan Xiaoji ointment combined with CyberKnife treat of hepatocellular carcinoma,observe its curative effect on primary liver cancer.Methods: With random number table grouping method,will meet the standard set of 60 cases were divided into two groups,treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Treatment group to CyberKnife treatment,profess to convinced Fugan Xiaoji ointment at the same time,2 times a day,every time 20 ~ 30 g,21 days for a course,a total of six procedures;The control group to the simple CyberKnife treatment.After the treatment,observation of tumors,TCM symptoms and signs,liver function,AFP and other indicators and Child-pugh,grading,KPS score,adverse reaction rate,and recurrence rate were followed up for 6 months.Results:(1)Total effective short-term curative effect comparison: the two groups after treatment in the near future curative effect of total effective rate(RR)in the treatment group was 83.34%,56.13%,the control group(P < 0.05,there is a significant difference.(2)The Fugan Xiaoji ointment combined CyberKnife treatment can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with liver cancer,syndrome,compared with control group,statistics show that are all P < 0.01,there is a very significant difference.(3)Treatment group has significant improvement in Child-pugh,grading,compared with control group,P < 0.05,there is obvious difference;Two groups have improved significantly in both KPS score,the treatment group compared with control group,P < 0.01,there is a very significant difference.(4)Laboratory tests,the two groups after treatment of AFP value is compared with the previous decreased significantly(P < 0.01),comparing the two groups,P < 0.01,there is a very significant difference;Between the two groups before and after treatment serum levels of ALT,TIBL and ALB statistical comparison showed that the treatment group and control group after treatment serum ALT and TIBL was significantly decreased,the P < 0.05 difference is statistically significant.Serum ALB the two groups after treatment than before treatment,P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05): prompt,the two groups after treatment of liver function have different degrees of improvement.Serum ALT,TIBL,ALB the two groups after treatment,the treatment group compared with control group,P<0.01,differences are highly statistically significant.(5)Transfer in terms of tumor recurrence,the treatment group recurrence rate was 6.67%(2/30),control group recurrence rate was 13.3%(4/30),compared two groups,P > 0.05,there was no significant difference.(6)Incidence of adverse reactions are: the adverse reactions in the treatment group in the gastrointestinal tract toxicity reaction rate and liver toxicity reaction rate are lower than the control group,differences were significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion(s):The Fugan Xiaoji ointment combined CyberKnife treatment treatment of primary liver cancer,the recent curative effect,can increase the detoxification,relieve symptoms,improve quality of life,to improve the prognosis,the long-term curative effect needs further research.Play to advantages of Chinese medicine,you don't shoot wave knife therapy has the adverse reaction of faults,to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of primary liver cancer have provided the certain basis.
