| Objective: Due to various reasons,including trauma,infection,skin and soft tissue defect caused by tumor is common in everyday life,the functions of the skin are lost if the wound is formed,so early covered wound is helpful to avoid infection and patients can begin early rehabilitation exercise.Skin is the natural cover for defense of the human body,it has chemical physical biological barrier function,can prevent microorganism's invading and keep the stabilization of the human body's internal environment.As we all know,hands are the most useful organ,at the same time,hands could be harmed possibly.Hand Surgery receives and cures patients whose hands injured by various reasons(such as: mangled injury,thermo-crush injury and so on),so how to treat large-sized and open wound is an important Hand Surgery has to face.It goes without saying the importance of operation,recovery phase is also important,so wound dressings are also important.Choosing which wound dressing to cover the wound is meaningful for the wound's velocity of healing and quality of healing.Now,the vast majority of wound dressings which are used throughout treatment are traditional dressings(such as: cotton cushion,gauze and so on).Such kind of wound dressing has some advantages,including lower cost,widely source,storage and transportation is convenient,therefore traditional dressings gain popularity throughout treatment.Traditional dressings also have a long history and are un useful for the treatment,but they also have some disadvantages including absorptive capacity is poor,easy to saturate,replace frequently,poor adhesion and so on,which are not helpful for wound healing.In conclusion,Hand Surgery needs to find a new kind of wound dressing immediately,which can overcome those disadvantages of traditional dressings.Drawtex wound dressing has more advantages: first,it offers place to make necrotic tissue disappeared;second,it is helpful to transfer necrotic tissue and assimilate exudation quickly;thirdly,it can remove the bacteria and inflammatory mediator in the deeper gradation of the wound.;fourthly,it finds a way to solve the problem of “perfusion”The experiment will study the curative effect by means of observing wounds' healing time wound healing rate changing of histomorphology,when the SD Rats' wounds are covered by Drawtex wound dressing.Methods: The experiment will study the curative effect by means of observing wounds' healing time wound healing rate changing of histomorphology,when the SD Rats' wounds are covered by Drawtex wound dressing.Chose healthy growing up and male and female unlimited 30 SD Rats,which are weighed 200g±10g and age are 2-2.5 months;Feed these SD Rats in the same environment one week.One week later,when I confirm these SD Rats are OK,I will number and group randomly these SD Rats.There are three groups: Traditional dressings group,Medical petroleum jelly group,Drawtex wound dressing group,every group has 10 SD Rats.When these SD Rats are anaesthetic,keep these SD Rats on the operation desk,moult these SD Rats,make 3.5cm× 2.5cm model on the middle of partial lumbar vertebrae,cut out subcutaneous tissue above muscular fasciae,stop bleeding and disinfect the wound,at last cover the wound by different kinds of wound dressings.After the operation,observe and record the wounds' exudationand and colour and luster immediately.Traditional dressings group,use 3 pieces of traditional dressings to cover the wounds,observe the wounds' condition and change traditional dressing once at 8:00 am everyday.Medical petroleum jelly group,use the petroleum jelly to cut an 3.7cm×2.6cm area and cover on the wounds,then cover 3 pieces of traditional dressings again,observe the wounds' condition and change traditional dressing once at 8:00 am everyday.Drawtex wound dressing group,use the Drawtex wound dressing to cut an 3.7cm×2.6cm area and cover on the wounds,then cover 3 pieces of traditional dressings again,observe the wounds' condition and change traditional dressing once at 8:00 am everyday.Transfix the wound dressings in case of falling off,scratching,After all operation,feed these SD Rats single in the same environment,observe the wounds' condition and change traditional dressing once at 8:00 am everyday.After the operation,observe the wounds' condition,including recovery outcomes,wound color,hair growth condition.Record the healing area,then use the healing area and the total wound to get the wound healing rate.After 8 days,chose 2 SD rats from every group randomly,after the euthanasia,cut the group of granulation tissue to make pathological specimen.Results:1 General observation: after the operation all wounds had bleeding and exudation surrounding tissues slightly swelling.In the first three days,the different between 3 groups was not obvious.But on the fourthly day: traditional dressings group,wound had more bleeding and exudation,less granulation tissue,no hair.Medical petroleum jelly group,wound had less bleeding and exudation,more granulation tissue,no hair.Drawtex wound dressing group,wound had lest bleeding and exudation,most granulation tissue,no hair.On the eighth day,every group's wounds had no bleeding and exudation.Drawtex wound dressing group,had most granulation tissue and hair.Medical petroleum jelly group,had more granulation tissue and hair.Traditional dressings group,had less granulation tissue and hair.12 days later Drawtex wound dressing group 3 SD Rats' s wounds had been cured,Medical petroleum jelly group 1 SD Rats' s wounds had been cured;Traditional dressings group no Rats' s wounds had been cured.2 Wounds' healing rate and time: Record the healing area,then use the healing area and the total wound to get the wound healing rate.In the first three days,the different between three groups was not obvious.As time went on,Drawtex wound dressing group's wound healing rate was highest and wound healing time was shortest;Medical petroleum jelly group's wound healing rate was higher and wound healing time was shorter;Traditional dressings group's wound healing rate was lowest and wound healing time was longest.3 Histological observation: On the eighth day,Traditional dressings group could find little newborn blood capillarys and fibroblasts,but more inflammatory cells(such as: neutrophile granulocyte);Medical petroleum jelly group could find more newborn blood capillarys and fibroblasts,but not find obvious inflammatory cells;Drawtex wound dressing group could find most newborn blood capillarys and fibroblasts,but find no inflammatory cells.On the eighth day,Drawtex wound dressing group had a better tendency to heal the wound zhan the other two groups.Through the observation,Drawtex wound dressing group's number of fibroblasts is more zhan the other two groups.Conclusion:The experimental observation showed that when the Drawtex wound dressing cover the wound,it can promote the wound healing and reduce the wound degree of scarring,Drawtex wound dressing is better than traditional dressing. |
