| Background and objectives: The micro inflammatory state in uremic is universal and harmful, so we made a preliminary study on the intervention effects of Niaoduqing granules on microinflammatory state in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Participants and methods: In this study, during the period from January 1, 2012 to December 1, 2015 in inpatient or outpatient hemodialysis treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease; 75, 18 years of age or older, male or female; all patients were nearly 3 months of stable operation, bleeding and blood transfusion patients, all patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients: pointer using auto dynamic dialysis treatment, intravenous leakage exclusion criteria were excluded from the study of patients with hepatic insufficiency, malignant tumor, heart failure, the recent use of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants, enterosorbent and other similar drugs in Patients with niaoduqing. Exit criteria: ESRD dialysis or serious complications, side effects of Niaoduqing particles can not be tolerated, stop taking more than 2 weeksResults:(1) during the period from January 2012 to December 2015, in accordance with the inclusion criteria of the maintenance hemodialysis patients in 200 cases, including 107 cases of male, female 93 cases; to be included in the study and followed up successfully com Pleted in 200 patients for 187 cases of patients, on off or unfinished follow-up of 13 cases, including dialysis leakage within the nasal obstruction in 6 Patients 4 cases of hypotension, unable to complete the study, 3 patients intolerant of Niaoduqing diarrhea termination of this study.(2) using Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis, the relationship between hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and clinical indexes, including age, BMI index, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, MIS score, Alb, Hb, Scr, BUN index into the correlation analysis indicated that hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and MIS score was positively correlated, hs-CRP, IL-6, P<0.05; Alb, TNF-α and Hb level were negatively related to P<0.05(3) 3 months after treatment in the two groups were evaluated and compared between the two groups of symptoms, improvement of symptoms, 94 cases in the control group of 63 Patients cured, 20 cases effective, 11 cases were invalid, effective rate was 79.5%, the observation group of 93 patients with Niaoduqing granules, 73 cases markedly effective in 17 cases, efficiency 96.7%, two groups of patients with effective, invalid and efficiency were statistically significant difference, P<0.05;(4) before and after treatment were compared between two groups of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 found that the two groups of patients before treatment of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 level higher than the normal level, no significant difference between the two groups of P<0.05 after treatment; the observation group were hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α significantly decreased the levels were lower than that before treatment and the control group. The difference was significant, with statistical significance, P<0.05.(5) serological indexes of two groups were compared before and after treatment, two groups of patients before treatment, MIS, albumin, prealbumin, serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, albumin, red blood cell count, HCT had no statistical difference, compare P<0.05; after treatment of patients with MIS score, observe the prealbumin, hemoglobin levels was significantly better than the control group had significant differences, with statistical significance, P<0.05.(6) the observation group decreased MIS, hs-CRP and TNF-α、IL-6 decrease decreased the number of cases were 67 cases, 69 cases, 67 cases, 68 cases and control group decreased number of project were 5 cases, 2 cases, 0 cases had significant differences, with statistical significance, P<0.05.Conclusions:(1) in patients with end-stage renal disease are common micro inflammatory state, inflammation and malnutrition in patients with anemia, hypoalbuminemia, related.(2) Uremic clearance granules in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with micro inflammatory state has significant effect on improving the symptoms of the patients.(3) Uremic clearance granules can reduce the patients with micro inflammatory state inflammatory factor levels(4) Uremic clearance granules helps to improve the nutritional status in dialysis Patients. |
