The Eficacy Of Uremic Clearance Grance On Treating Microinflammatory State In Chronic Renal Failure Patients:a Meta-analysis

Objective: To investigate the eficacy and safety of Uremic clearance granule(UCG)on treating micro inflammatory state in Chronic renal failure patients(CRF).Methods: We searched systematically the CNKI,VIP,PubMed,EBSCO,Elsevier-SDOL,and WEB of science about randomized controlled trials of patients with CRF in micro inflammatory state that treated with UCG.Two reviewers screened the study,extracted data that will analyzed with Review Manager5.3 software.After making forest map and funnel plot we objectively evaluated the efficacy and safety of treatment of micro inflammatory state in patients with CRF that treated with UCG.Results: A total of 55 studies including 3953 patients were induced.The clinical data of the studys were complete,with generally low quality,and the clinical research was mainly based on a small sample size.UCG related adverse reaction was proposed in 12 studys.According to the different research objects they were divided into the following groups:(1)A total of24 studies including 1916 patients in the group of Maintenance hemodialysis dialys: It was statistically significant that conventional treatment + UCG decreased the level of inflammatory factors compared with conventional treatment(reducing Hs-CRP level MD is2.66,95%Cl is [1.93,3.39],Z=10.03,P<0.00001),suggesting that UCG can improve the state of micro inflammation in Maintenance hemodialysis dialys patients;(2)A total of 8studies including 378 patients in the group of Maintenance peritoneal dialysis: It was statistically significant that conventional treatment + UCG decreased the level of inflammatory factors compared with conventional treatment(reducing Hs-CRP level MD is2.66,95%Cl is [1.93,3.39],Z=10.03,P<0.00001),suggesting that UCG can improve the state of micro inflammation in Maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients;(3)A total of 16 studies including 1323 patients in the non dialysate group: It was statistically significant that conventional treatment + UCG decreased the level of inflammatory factors compared with conventional treatment(reducing Hs-CRP level MD is 1.97,95%Cl is [1.22,2.72],Z=5.17,P<0.00001),suggesting that UCG can improve the state of micro inflammation in non dialysis patients;(4)A total of 7 studies including 496 patients in the other traditional Chinese medicine group: Conventional treatment+UCG decreasing the level of inflammatory factors showed no significant difference(reducing Hs-CRP level MD is-0.26,95%Cl is [-0.83,0.31],Z=0.90,P=0.37>0.05)compared with conventional treatment +other traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: UCG can effectively improve the micro inflammatory state of CRF patients including Maintenance hemodialysis dialys 、 Maintenance peritoneal dialysis and non dialysis patients with high security.And other Chinese herbal preparations can also improve the micro inflammatory state of CRF patients.
