The Clinical Curative Effect Of Early Postoperative Application Of Sanqi Jiegu Pill On Patients With Metacarpal Bone Fracture

objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of early postoperative application of sanqi jiegu pill on patients with metacarpal bone fracture.methods: 60 patients with metacarpal bone fracture included in the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Starting at the first day after the surgery of Fracture reduction and mini-plate fixation, In the treatment group, patients were given Sanqi Jiegu Pill 6g once,twice a day, while patients in control group were given ossotide tablets 2 tablets once, three times a day. 2 weeks for a course, The treatment lasted two course of treatment, a total of 4 weeks. Observation and record the score of Pain, swelling, condition of Fracture healing, condition of hand function recovery. And the data for statistical analysis. Respectively in 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks postoperatively, referring to the VAS pain visual analogue scale and hand limb swelling grading evaluation standard of the degree of local pain, swelling rate;In 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks postoperatively, through the hand X-ray bone healing of grading; In 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks postoperatively, according to the reference TAFS grading standard for hand function score.results: 1. The treatment group patients' pain score was less than the control group in 3 days and 1 week after surgery. There is Statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05). There is no significant statistical difference between two groups of patients' pain score in 2 weeks after surgery(P>0.05).2. The treatment group patients' swelling score was less than the control group in 3 days ?1 week ?2weeks after surgery. There is Statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05). 3. There is no significant statistical difference between two groups of patients' X-ray score in 2 weeks after surgery(P>0.05).The treatment group patients' X-ray score was less than the control group in 4 weeks and 6 weeks after surgery. There is Statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05). 4. The treatment group patients' hand function recovery was better than the control group in 4 weeks? 8 weeks?12weeks after surgery. There is Statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05).conclusion: early postoperative application of sanqi jiegu pill on patients with metacarpal bone fracture, can effectively alleviate pain, swelling, promoting fracture healing, promote the functional recovery of hand.It is an effective drug for clinical treatment of metacarpal fractures.
