Children Allergic Rhinitis Related Factors Affecting The Relationship Analysis

Objective:Through following-up clinical symptoms of children allergic rhinitis,collecting household environment dust mites allergens content,experimental tests with specific IgE,specific IgG4 level,analyzing the relationships between related factors between allergic rhinitis,to provide certain theoretical basis for clinical research related to work for children allergic rhinitis.Methods:1127 infants was born in the second people's hospital of wuhu,82 cases of children were followed up to 4 to 6 years of age when diagnosed with allergic rhinitis,the acquisition of the children with household environment bedroom mattress,pillow,bed sheet,the place surface's dust mites,made allergic children allergic rhinitis symptoms related questionnaire to follow-up the children,and used the Swedish company pharmacia Unicap100 fluorescence enzyme-linked immunoassay detection of serum specific IgE levels,used ELISA method to detect the dust and the concentration of dust mites in specific IgG4 serum levels.Results: Collected dust samples Of 82 children with allergic rhinitis household environment,household environment Der p1 content significantly more than Der f1,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Children with allergic rhinitis symptoms integral and Der p1,Der p2,Der f1 and Der f2 content positively correlated between,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There is no statistically significant correlation between Children with allergic rhinitis symptoms integral with Anti-Derp IgE,Anti-Derf IgE,Anti-Derp IgG4,Anti-Derf IgG4(P>0.05);Allergic rhinitis children s IgE levels were positively correlated between s IgG4 level,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There is no statistically significant correlation between dust mite allergen levels and s IgE levels(P>0.05).Conclusion:Allergic rhinitis children's clinical symptoms and household environment dust mite allergen levels were positively correlated,dust mites allergens in the household environment Der p1 content more than Der f1,effectively reducing the content of the allergens in the bedroom environment has important significance for prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Allergic rhinitis children clinical symptom severity and the level of serum specific IgE,specific IgG4 has no obvious correlation,dust mites allergens content and level of s IgE has no obvious correlation.Allergic rhinitis and s IgG4 levels were positively related to the level of children s IgE,s IgE and s IgG4 can become auxiliary examination project for allergic rhinitis in vitro.
