The Clinical Observation Of Adjusted Inula And Hematitum Decoction For Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis

ObjectivesFrom the aspects of syndrome in TCM clinical symptoms and curative effect gastroscope,this study aimed to investigate he clinical effect of treatment of adjusted Inula and Hematitum Decoction in treating reflux esophagitis through clinical research and to discuss mechanism of adjusted Inula and Hematitum Decoction in treating reflux esophagitis preliminary.Methods40 patients with acute reflux esophagitis in WuHan integrate TCM & western medicine hospital Department of TCM from July 2015 to January 2016 was wered ivided into the observation group and the control group according to admission sequence,and there were 20 patients in each group.All patients are in line with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of reflux esophagitis medicine diagnostic criteria diagnostic criteria for TCM.After statistical analysis,there was no Statistical differences in gender,age,duration of disease,TCM points,symptom points,gastroscope classification,TCM syndrome sype between each of 2 groups(P>0.05).The observation group was treated with adjusted Inula and Hematitum Decoction on the basis of treatment of Pantoprazole,while the the patients of control group were treated with Pantoprazole and Mosapride.Both of 2 groups were given treatment for 4 weeks.We Observed changes of symptom points,gastroscope classification,TCM syndrome sype between and after the treament.At the same time,We also tested reaction of patients' safety(general basical examination,blood,urine,stool test,liver and kidney function tsets,ECG,adverse drug reactions that may occur)and adverse drug reactions would possibly occur.Result1.TCM points after the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment of TCM in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with points of clinical symptoms after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of improving TCM symptom points and clinical points,observation group did better than the control group.2.Gastroscope classifications in each of 2 groups were ipproved(P<0.05);and the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After the treament,the total effective rate of the control group was 75% and the observation group was 95%,which told us that 2 kinds of treatments can improve TCM syndromes and the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Two groups of patients before and after treatment showed no adverse drug reactions such as allergic reaction,and general basical examination,blood,urine,stool test,liver and kidney function tsets,ECG did not occur any abnormal circumstance.ConclusionThe clinical effect of treatment of adjusted Inula and Hematitum Decoction,which can improve the TCM symptoms,clinical symptoms,and damage of esophageal mucosal,is significantly remarkable,safe and reliable,It provides a new idea and theory methods for comprehensive treatment of acute lower limbs deep vein thrombosis.It provides the Clinical evidence for the effective treatment of reflux esophagitis.It also procides new ideas and references in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,which is worth the clinical promoted.
