Correlation Between Ultrasonic Evaluation Of Subclavian Artery Plagues And Risk Factors Of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective: To know aultrasonic detection rate of subclavian artery therosclerotic plaque on patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.To analyze the relevent clinical risk factors of subclavian artery atherosclerosis and clinical manifestations of subclavian artery stenosis.Methods: Color Doppler flow imaging results of 357 cases with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who were admitted to the first Neurology of the People's Hospital of Liaoning Province from March 1,2015 to August 31,2015 were retrospective collected.The detection rate of subclavian artery atherosclerotic plaque were observated.Analysis the correlation btween plaque and age,sex,smoking,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,and other vascular risk factors :high cholesterin,homocysteine.Results:Atherosclerosis detection rate for the descending order:carotid atherosclerotic plaque(107/357,30%)? subclavian artery with carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque(94/357,26.3%)?subclavian artery atherosclerotic plaque(30/357,8.4%)by The results with color Doppler flow imaging test on 357 cases.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age was an independent risk factor,OR value was 1.066.Compared with the pure cartotid atherosclerosis risk factors,men(OR value of 0.339,P=0.003)were the protective factors in pure subclavian artery atherosclerosis.14 cases(14 / 357,3.9%)of 357 patients had moderate to severe subclavian artery stenosis,4 cases was acute cerebral infarction,1 case showed dizziness accompanied with upper limb fell cold?weakness.9 cases showed vertigo accompanied with nausea,vomiting and other atypical symptoms.Conclusions: Color Doppler Flow Imaging could be used as a screening tool to detect subclavian artery atherosclerotic plaques on the patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,the detection rate is higher,but still below the carotid artery.It has important significance for the subclavian artery stenosis of early diagnosis and treatment.Age was an independent risk factor of subclavian artery atherosclerosis.Compared with the pure cartotid atherosclerosis risk factors,men(OR value of 0.339,P=0.003)were the protective factors in pure subclavian artery atherosclerosis.Subclavian artery stenosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction was a lower incidence,clinical manifestation was common to see dizziness / nausea,vomiting and other symptoms.
