| Purpose: The major purpose of this article is to evaluate the clinical effect of using Promoting blood circulation and clearing stasis therapy and Replenishing essence-tonifying the kidney solution to treat mild cognitive impairment after hemorrhagic stroke.Method: Screening for 72 cases of patients with mild cognitive impairment after hemorrhagic stroke were randomly divided into two parts including treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group took Nimodipine tablets.The course of treatment was three months.The therapeutic effect of two groups was evaluated by the application of the relevant scales.Result: 1.Through 3 months of treatment,the difference in comparison of total efficacy in TCM program group and control group(ADAS-cog,traditional Chinese medicine core symptoms)has statistical significance in the total effective rate and successful efficiency(P<0.05).2.On the improvement of ADAS-cog score,there was significant difference in the treatment group(P<0.05).There was also significant difference in the control group(P<0.05).And there was distinct difference between the TCM and control group(P<0.05).3.Contrasted with the total core symptom scores of TCM,there was evident differ in the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no clear difference in the control group(P>0.05).And there was distinct difference between two groups(P<0.05).Prompted Chinese medicine treatment group in the angle of improving of patients with ADAS-cog and Chinese medicine core symptom integral has the curative effect,which was evidently superior to the control group.Conclusion: Promoting blood circulation and clearing stasis therapy and Replenishing essence-tonifying the kidney solution can effectively improve the cognitive level and clinical symptoms of patients with mild cognitive impairment after hemorrhagic stroke. |
