Objective: Guiding the six-channel differentiation treatment of post-stroke constipation by means of six-channel eight principles theoretical system of Xishu Hu.Methods: Observing 72 cases of post-stroke constipation patients using randomized,contrasted clinical trial method.The control group was given the six flavors Ann capsule orally as well as some basic treatments,and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine granules Da Chaihu Decoction orally for a 14 day course of treatment.Assessing the efficacy after1 week,2 weeks of treatment,respectively.Results: 72 patients were enrolled,3 cases shed off and 69 statistics cases in total.One week following the treatment of this scheme,when comparing the pre-treatment symptom score of the treatment group and control group,there is statistical significance(P < 0.05)and significant difference,but no significant difference between groups(P>0.05);After two weeks,comparing the pre-treatment symptom score of the treatment group and control group again,there is also statistical significance(P<0.05)and significant difference;Moreover,the comparison between groups has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Under the guidance of six-channel eight principles theoretical system of Xishu Hu,Da Chaihu Decoction possesses significant advantages in the treatment of post-stroke constipation(Shaoyang and Yangming disease)and the improvement of symptoms,also expanding the application scope of classical prescription.
