P27 mainly in colon tumor cell nuclei coloring:colorectal adenoma and normal tissue P27 positive reaction products were mainly located in the mucosal epithelial cell nuclei, grainy, color brown. P53 is mainly expressed in colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer cells and normal tissue glandular epithelial cells。In 62 cases of colon cancer maspin, P27, P53, positive expression rates were 17.7%,25.8%,59.7%. In 30 cases of colon polyps maspin, P27, P53 positive expression rate was 86.7%,90.0%,33.3%.20 cases of normal colon mucosa maspin, P27, P53 positive expression rates were 90.0%,95.0%,15.0%. Statistical analysis showed that the expression of maspin, P27, P53 in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly different, Maspin, P27 expression in colon cancer missing, The P53 protein over expressed. Which maspin expression rate of colon cancer in patients with tumor size, tumor stage, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, differentiation was negatively correlated(p<0.05). P27 expression rate of colon cancer in patients with tumor size, tumor stage, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, differentiation was negatively correlated(p<0.05). Tumor size P53 protein expression in patients with colon cancer, tumor stage, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, differentiation is positively correlated(p<0.05).
