Clinical Observation Of Chaihu Shugan Powder Subtraction Combinating With Deanxit To Treat Functional Dyspepsia(Incoordination Between Liver And Stomach)

Objective:To observe Chaihu Shugan Powder subtraction joint Deanxit treatment of functionaldyspepsia(FD)syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach clinical efficacy.Methods:This case study to follow the course of the internship tutor clinic collected for the study,selected 60 cases of FD patients from September 2014 to September 2015 Hospital Gastroenterology clinic.Accordance Rome III diagnostic criteria,after inspection endoscopy,ultrasound and other projects can not be interpreted to identify the symptoms of FD organic disease can be diagnosed with functional dyspepsia,and according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach.In this study,in order to meet the standard initial treatment of patients with the order,the sort order from number 1 to 60,and then using random number table,patients were grouped into treatment and control groups,30 cases each.Treatment group was treated Chaihu Shugan Powder subtraction,United flupentixol melitracen sheet(trade name: Deanxit,Deanxit,Denmark Lundbeck).Dosage: one day medicine,soaked with water for 20 minutes,fry concoction about 400 ml,each taking 200 ml,morning and evening,after meals warm temperature taking.Deanxit day one(10.5mg),once daily,oral am.Continuous medication for eight weeks as a course of treatment,observation statistics.Chinese medicine Chaihu Shugan Powder subtraction,basic prescription and dosage as follows: Bupleurum 8g,Citrus aurantium 15 g,white peony root 20 g,tangerine peel 15 g,Cyperus 10 g,France Pinellia 10 g,Magnolia 10 g,Chuan Xiong 15 g,Amomum 10 g,woody 10 g,licorice 6g.Subtraction with the disease: bloating significantly add Bupleurum,Citrus aurantium 5g;reduce sodium food,food is not satisfied incense plus Gallus gallus,Divine Comedy 10g;food stagnation plus fried radish seed,coke hawthorn 10g;stomach pain significantly add Corydalis 15 g,Curcuma 10g;dry mouth,mouth pain,short yellow urine,tongue thick and greasy,plus berberine 3g,skullcap 6g,patchouli 15 g,Perrin 15g;heartburn,acid reflux,gav thief bones,corrugated child each 20g;nausea,vomiting obvious then add ginger 10 g,Zhuru 15g;belching significantly add sandalwood 3g,Ruddle 20g;obviously upset,plus Gardenia 3g,of Semen 10g;constipation,add cooked rhubarb 6g;diet thermophilic bad cold,stomach Yuhan increase,greasy tongue coating,plus aconite,cinnamon 3g;sleep soundly at night Qianan,plus Albizia julibrissin 10 g,Polygonum vine 15 g,Fu Shen 30 g.The control group received flupentixol melitracen sheet(trade name: Deanxit,Deanxit,Denmark Lundbeck),day 1(10.5mg),once daily,oral am.Continuous medication for eight weeks for a course,observe the statistical results.Results:1.After treatment,the total efficiency of 90.00% in treatment group,the control group,the total efficiency of 76.67%,the two groups total effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the overall effect prompt treatment group than the control group.2.After treatment,the two groups were FD Syndrome Scale total score,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),prompt treatment group improve FD symptoms than the control group.3.After treatment,the two groups were different individual symptom score,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);in particular,in improving postprandial discomfort,early satiety,reduce appetite,belching,hiccups,nausea and vomiting symptoms,treatment group than the control group(P <0.01).4.The end of the treatment within four months,the recurrence rate was 11.11% in treatment group and control group recurrence rate was 26.09%,the recurrence rate between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),prompt treatment group,the recurrence rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan Powder subtraction joint deanxit treatment of functional dyspepsia in the treatment of liver and stomach syndrome total efficiency,reduced total symptom calculus,relapse rate after treatment were significantly better than the control group.In improving the individual symptom scores in the treatment group than the control group,especially in improving postprandial discomfort,early satiety,reduce appetite,belching,hiccups,nausea and vomiting symptoms,significantly better than the control group.Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia,starting from the overall concept,based on patients with different conditions,different symptoms syndrome differentiation,the use of reasonable Chaihu Shugan Powder subtraction prescription,fully meet the FD disharmony and pathogenesis,the hair cut herbs on "seeking this treatment," while the new joint antidepressants Deanxit,fully taking into account the psychological factors in modern society more pathogenic features,treating the symptoms,complement each other,as therapy for functional dyspepsia liver and stomach syndrome have certain the clinical value,should be widely applied.
