The Clinical Observation Of Chaihu Shugan Powder Joint Deanxit To Treat Female Climacteric Functional Constipation

Objective:Through clinical trials research, observing the effects of functional constipation Joint deanxit to treat female climacteric functional constipation, and to explore its basic mechanism.Methods:(1) Select 60 patients in accordance with the experiment standard, all of the patients doctored in the gastroenterology of Chinese medicine hospital in Hubei Province between March 2008 to December 2009, all cases were in line with climacteric syndrome diagnostic criteria and meet the performance the diagnostic criteria of constipation. Who's age from 41 to 55 years old, appearing menstrual disorders, accompanied by varying degrees of reheat, palpitations, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms, or irritability accompanied by irritability, insomnia, forgetfulness, anxiety, depression and other neuropsychiatric symptoms. Course of the disease were from 3 months to 2 years. Clinical manifestations of constipation, dry stool, feces was the sheep-like, the Provisional toilet Nu earned, accompanied by abdominal distension and occasional abdominal pain. All the cases were treated as colonoscopy or barium enema to exclude organic bowel disease.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in the experimental group,30 cases in the control group. The two groups were no significant difference in age, condition and disease course, which can be compared.(2) In the experimental group,we treat with Chaihu Shugan Deco ction joint deanxit. In Which, there are 14 chinese herbals in cluded:Caihu,Zhishi,Baishao, Chenpi, Xiangfu, Chuanxiong, Yunlin, Baizhu, YuLiren, HuoMaren, ShuDahuang, ChuanLianzi, Yujin, ZhiGancao. Day one, taking in two. Deanxit day 1, morning oral. The contro 1 group was given Macrogol 4000 Powder for Oral Solution (Goods Ming fuSong, France Beaufour Ipsen Industrie Co. Ltd. productio n, batch nunber:H20030123) joint deanxit oral. Macrogol 4000 Po wder for Oral Solution 10 g/times,2 times/day, Deanxit day 1, morning oral.4 weeks for a course of treatment, medication two consecutive observations after treatment, statistical effec t. During treatment were given to the hign dietary fiber conten t, more water intake, light diet, and cut out thick greasy and spicy cold Feigan food, to avoid the mental stimulation, insist on good bowel habits, increasing exercise, and stop taking othe r drugs. Inspected once every two weeks, blood, urine, stool,1 iver and kidney function to define the Chaihu Shugan Powder's s afety. After the end of treatment, we did an observation to the patients with effective to define the long-term efficacy of th e two groups.Results:In the experimental group, there was recovery in 12 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 7 cases, and ineffective in 2 cases. The total effective rate was 93.3%. In the control group, there was recovery in 9 cases, markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 5 cases and ineffective in 8 cases.The total effective rate was 73.3%. The effective of the experimental (treatment) group was significantly better than the control group. (P<0.05).Conclusion:This clinical trial results show that Chaihu Shugan Powder joint deanxit, not only can regulate the dysfunction of the gastrointestinal autonomic, and promoting the intestinal, s moving; can also regulate the central nervous system, ease the anxiety and depression of the patients, cure the cause of the constipation from the root, play a role in tackling the problem. Compared to the treatment that using western medicine only, it had an obvious advantage, and it had no significant effect on the Blood,urine, feces conventional and the function of liver and kidney, it was a safe route of administration, and was worth to promoting the use in clinical practice.
