Objective :Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP)is a pregnancy with a view to the common characteristics of multiple organ injury and disease,is different from general pregnancy complications, mainly in the higher incidence of pregnancy and has serious consequences, perinatal life safety seriously jeopardized, maternal and perinatal mortality rate increased.A large number of studies indicate that the key reason of HDCP is the mechanism of the placenta shallow implantation and the mechanism of vascular endothelial injury. In order to reduce the occurrence of pregnancy specific diseases and maternal morbidity and mortality rate decreased, and perinatal infants mortality has decreased considerably,in the early of prediction and early intervention to take timely clinical treatment is an important research direction.Nowadays, many scholars for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy clinical prediction index of a lot of research, mainly covers many areas of clinical risk factors, biological chemical index, biophysical assessment, get a lot of new research progress. In recent years, many experts believe that the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and the development of growth factor placenta(PLGF)has a close relationship.Mainly because the etiology of the disease is mainly derived from the placenta, and placental growth factor plays an essential role in the development of the placenta.Studies have revealed that the superficial implantation of placenta and vascular endothelial damage is caused by abnormal function of PLGF and its receptor. In order to improve the risk of pregnancy induced hypertension disease in pregnant women and the fetus, early prediction, early intervention and early treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension in patients with hypertension is particularly important. The study by detecting the object of study in 16-20 weeks of normal pregnancy and preeclampsia in pregnant women with pregnancy and serum PLGF levels and compared, exploration and research of placenta growth factor and the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and the progression of the disease relevance.Method: This study was a retrospective analysis method,60 cases of preeclampsia patients were randomly selected in October 2014 01 August 2015 October 01,during my courtyard department of gynaecology and obstetrics hospital, the preeclampsia group, the according to the degree of disease points: mild preeclampsia group(32 cases)and severe preeclampsia group(28 cases);the according to the incidence has time is divided into: early onset severe preeclampsia group(29 cases)and late onset preeclampsia prophase group(31 cases).Age 25-42 years old, mean age(31 + 3)years old, gestational weeks 20-40 weeks, average gestational weeks(32 + 2)weeks.Methods hospitalized at the same time of 60 patients without any complications and complications of healthy pregnant women during pregnancy. It is the normal pregnancy group, aged 21-43 years, with an average age of(32 + 3)years old, gestational age of 20 to 40 weeks, the average gestational weeks(31 + 3 weeks). All patients were randomly selected, and their age and gestational age were balanced. In the maternal and child health care hospital collected into groups of patients in 16-20 weeks Xingtang’s screening sample of peripheral blood serum and in all serum PLGF levels were detected and the normal pregnancy group and preeclampsia group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia, early onset severe preeclampsia group and late onset preeclampsia group of pregnant women PLGF levels in the 16-20 weeks of gestation of pairwise comparisons, and were statistically analyzed.Result: The PLGF levels of the groups were compared and analyzed statistically, and the results were compared with the results of the groups:1.Normal pregnancy group at 16 to 20 weeks of gestation and in peripheral serum PLGF level and preeclampsia early group at 16 to 20 weeks of gestation and peripheral blood serum PLGF levels compared.Through t test that P = 0.00 and < 0.05,indicating that differences compared with the results of the two groups, and the latter one is significantly reduced, the results were statistically significant.2.Mild preeclampsia group at 16 to 20 weeks of gestation and peripheral blood serum levels of PLGF and severe preeclampsia group in pregnancy 16-20 weeks of serum PLGF level comparison, through t test that P = 0.006 and 0.05,indicating that differences compared with the results of the two groups, and the latter one is significantly reduced, the results were statistically significant.3.Early onset severe preeclampsia group at 16 to 20 weeks of gestation and peripheral blood serum PLGF levels and late onset preeclampsia prophase group at 16 to 20 weeks of gestation and peripheral blood serum PLGF levels compared by t-test that P = 0.001 and 0.05,indicating that the difference compared with the results of the two groups, and the latter one is significantly decreased. The results are statistically significant. Conclusion: This study shows that:1.Compared the results of normal pregnancy group and preeclampsia at 16-20 gestational weeks.Serum levels of PLGF,which was significantly lower than that of the former, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The result shows that the incidence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and placenta growth factor have a close relationship.2.Compared the results of mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia group at 16-20 gestational weeks.Serum PLGF level detection results were compared, the latter was significantly lower than that of the former, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results show that the basis of placenta growth factor reduced amplitude can be used to evaluate the severity of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy illness, but second trimester PLGF can become independent index to evaluate the severity of hypertension during pregnancy is moot.Because pregnant women have no disease severity and many factors have a relationship.3.Compared the results of early onset preeclampsia and late onset preeclampsia group at 16-20 gestational weeks.Serum levels of PLGF,significantly lower than the latter, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results explain the basis decreased level of placenta growth factor to predict has certain guiding significance to the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy sooner or later.
