Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Bacterial Vaginal Disease(Damp Heat Type)with Chlorquinaldol/Promestriene Vaginal Tablets And Fu Bi Shu Yindao Paotengpian

Objective : Observation of Fu Bi Shu vaginal effervescent tablets combined with chlorquinaldol- promestriene vaginal tablets in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis(damp heat type) clinical efficacy, and explore its mechanism and for the clinical application of provide theoretical support and scientific basis.Methods : Outpatient visits to selected January2015 to October 2015 in Shanxi Province Maternal and child health care hospital of Department of gynaecology comprehensive care of bacterial vaginosis patients by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine with damp heat type gynecological disease 60 cases, 60 patients in a 1:1 ratio randomly divided into A, B two groups, group A(Fu Bi Shu vaginal effervescent tablets combined with chlorquinaldol- promestriene vaginal tablets group) 30 cases, group B(chlorquinaldol promestriene vaginal tablets group) 30 cases. The patients with traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, local signs, and laboratory testing as the main outcome measures; the two groups were treated for two menstrual cycles after the collation of data and statistics analysis, through the treatment before and after its control and between groups comparison to determine the clinical curative effect.Results:A, B two groups of age, condition and treatment before the Chinese medicine symptom score, local sign score, laboratory test index score after statistical analysis were no significant difference(P > 0.05). Two groups of patients were compared.The total efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment: A, B two group total effective rate was 96%, 90%, the total curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05), which showed that the A group was better than the B group to improve the clinical efficacy.In traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, vaginal signs, laboratory testing points: two groups of patients themselves before and after the control were significantly different, two treatment methods are effective. The scores of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05), indicating that the B group was superior to the A group on the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the improvement ofvaginal local signs and laboratory tests.A group on the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine "vulva pruritus" “Vaginal discharge, color, odor”improvement effect by statistical analysis(P < 0.05), there are significant differences, better than the B group.Laboratory testing indicators of negative rate after treatment, the patients in the two groups compared the test, P < 0.05, with statistical significance that group A in laboratory testing indicators of negative rate effect is better than that of B group.Recurrence rate after treatment: the recurrence rate of group A compared with group B, after statistical analysis, there was significant difference(P < 0.05), indicating that the recurrence rate of group B was significantly lower than that of A group.Research Conclusions1. Fu Bi Shu vaginal effervescent tablets combined with chlorquinaldol-promestriene vaginal tablets in treatment of bacterial vaginosis is safe and effective; 2. Fu Bi Shu vaginal effervescent tablets combined with chlorquinaldol- promestriene vaginal tablets in improving clinical symptoms, to improve the effect of local signs and laboratory parameters are better than the single chlorquinaldol / promestriene vaginal tablets,especially in improving the symptoms of vulvar itching effect is a plus; 3. Fu Bi Shu vaginal effervescent tablets combined with chlorquinaldol- promestriene vaginal tablets can also effectively reduce the rate of recurrence of the disease.
