Objective By observing the level of serum osteoprotegerin(OPG) among different types of coronary heart disease(CHD) patients, combined with the GRACE score and Gensini score, discussing the correlation between the level of osteoprotegerin in peripheral blood and risk stratification of coronary heart disease.Method:In this study, a total of 218 patients with suspected coronary heart disease from January 2014 to June 2015 at the department of cardiology of our Hospital were measured OPG, hs-CRP at baseline, and accepted coronary angiography. The patients were divided into four groups according to clinical diagnosis: Group control(CON), Group stable angina(SA),Group Acute Coronary Syndromes(ACS);And then observing the correlation between OPG level and hs-CRP, GRACE score and coronary Gensini score. Results: 1、OPG and hs-CRP level are higher in ACS groups compared with CON group(P<0.01);but no difference shows between CON group and SA group( p>0.05) in statistic.2、OPG,hs-CRP level are higher in ACS group compared with SA group(p<0.01),it makes sense in statistic.3、The analysis of correlative outcome shows the level of OPG in peripheral blood has positive correlation with hs-CRP(p<0.01). GRACE score were positively correlated with OPG levels(r=0.279,P<0.05). Gensini score were positively correlated with OPG level(r=0.367,P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of OPG in peripheral blood significantly increases in group ACS,positive correlation exists among OPG level,GRACE score and Gensini score, which may become a serous indicator contributing to risk stratification of Coronary heart disease.
