Study On The Intervention Of Lung Tumor Inhibition Cream On Lewis Lung Carcionoma In Mice And The Correlations Between Syndrome Differentiation Types Of TCM And Pathological Types Of Lung Cancer

Objective: That the experimental is to study the intervention mechanism of lung tumor inhibition cream on lewis lung carcinoma in mice, which can provide theoretical basis for the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma.That to study the correlations between TCM syndromes and pathological types of74 cases of primary bronchogenic carcinoma,which can supply the objective basis of TCM microcosmic syndrome differentiation.Methods:(1)Establish Lewis lung tumor model in mice,and then randomly divided into six groups, respectively,model control group(M), the low-dose group of lung tumor inhibition cream(ZD), medium-dosage group(ZZ), high dose group(ZG), cisplatin group(S),and lung tumor inhibition cream/ cisplatin group(SZ).At day 5 after establishing models, different groups were carried out for corresponding drugs respectively. After 21 days, mice transplanted tumor was obtained from rats which were killed by dislocation of cervical vertebra, and then measuring tumor weight, and through the flow cytometry to detect apoptosis rate with the method of Annexin V- FITC/PI.(2)That the 74 cases of lung cancer patients were classified into qi and blood stasis syndrome, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, deficiency of qi and yin syndrome, yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat syndrome, spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome, reduchishen syndrome is to observe the relationship between different syndromes and pathological types.Results:(1) Tumor weight and inhibitory rate: The average tumor weight of the experimental group were lower than the control group,which were compared significant difference(p<0.05). In addition to the low dose group and medium-dosage group has no difference( P>0.05), statistical significance was found among other groups. The higher the dosage, the smaller the tumor weight; SZ group is the best in the tumor inhibitory effect, followed by cisplatin group.(2) Apoptosis rate: the apoptosis rate of experimental groups were higher than that of model control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05); Compared between two groups, with the exception of the low dose group and medium-dosage group having no difference(P>0.05),P value were less than 0.05,that is to say,the difference is statistically significant.(3)The distribution of the TCM syndrome is different between ACA and Sq Ca(P<0.05).The major of TCM syndrome in ACA are deficiency of qi and yin syndrome,and yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat syndrome, respectively accounting for 33.3% and 30.8%. The same in Sq Ca are qi and blood stasis syndrome, and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, the proportion is 38.1%?28.6%. The distribution of the TCM syndrome has no significant difference among SCLC?LCLC and other types of lung cancer, because of the small number of samples. The comparison is no different with each other.Conclusion:(1)Lung tumor inhibition cream can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor. The medium-dosage and high dose in tumor suppression effect is obvious than low dose.(2)Lung tumor inhibition cream can restrain the growth of tumor by promoting tumor cell apoptosis.(3) Lung tumor inhibition cream and cisplatin bring about a stricking asynergistic effect for inhibiting tumor growth.(4)Sq Ca is manifested excess syndrome(deficiency of qi and yin syndrome ?yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat syndrome),and ACA is deficiency syndrome(qi and blood stasis syndrome, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in empirical, which can regard as an indicator of microcosmic syndrome.Because of the small numbers of SCLC?LCLC and other types of lung cancer,the distribution of each TCM syndrome has no statistical difference,needing to further increase the quantity of samples,in order to investigate the distribution of the TCM syndrome.
