| Object: By mining and analyzing the medicine of the Ming Dynasty treating headache prescriptions with Association Rules, to summary of the characteristics in the treatment of headache and main medicine of Ming Dynasty and to evaluate the practicality of the rules of medicine, in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of headache.Methods: With the relevant prescription data in the Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary to establish headache prescription databases for the data source, extracting the internal prescriptions as data set for the treatment of headache of Ming Dynasty, using SPSS Clementine12.0 data mining software to build data set by the drug composition of association rules, using Apriori algorithm to establish related data mining model, set the maximum number referred to the preceding paragraph is 5, 8% of minimum support and 70% of minimum confidence level, and using the Web nodes of compatibility between drug combination for graphical display.Results: A total of 115 standard of internal prescriptions for the treatment of headache in Ming dynasty and a total use of 153 kinds of drugs and total frequency of 951 times, 32 of which frequency was used in more than 10 times, accounting for 684 times and 71.92 percent of the total frequency. Among the composition of prescriptions, the drugs were contained up to 28, at least 2.The most frequently used kind in prescriptions was relieving drugs, and it was used 300 times in total, accounting for 31.55 percent of the total frequency. It was followed by tonic medicine, antipyretic, medicine for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis, apophlegmatisant, drugs for regulating QI flow, diuretics for eliminating dampness, antirheumatic Chinese medicinal herbs, liver pacifying wind subduing drugs, medicine for resolving Dampness and so on, used 816 times in total and accounting for 85.80 percent of the total frequency. Through the analysis of the association rules to get 336 eligible rules in total, The most frequency drug appeared in all rules is ligusticum wallichii, including ligustici wallichii rules referred to the preceding paragraph count for 110, and the number of consequent rule is 83, a total of 193. In all eligible rules, the medicine which have high confidence and support of rules are fructus viticis→ligusticum wallichii,Asarum sieboldi Mig→ligusticum wallichii,angelica root→ligusticum wallichii,ligusticum sinense→ligusticum wallichii,rhizoma→liquorice, ligusticum sinense + Asarum sieboldi Mig→ligusticum wallichii, fructus viticis +Asarum sieboldi Mig→ligusticum wallichii, tenuifolia + tea→ligusticum wallichii, tenuifolia + notopterygium root→angelica root, tea + angelica root→ligusticum wallichii, the root of fangfeng + Asarum sieboldi Mig→ligusticum wallichii, angelica root + Asarum sieboldi Mig→ligusticum wallichii, angelica root + liquorice→ligusticum wallichii, Asarum sieboldi Mig + liquorice→ligusticum wallichii, the root of fangfeng + angelica root→ligusticum wallichii, notopterygium root + Asarum sieboldi Mig→ligusticum wallichii, tenuifolia + angelica root→ligusticum wallichii, notopterygium root +Asarum sieboldi Mig + liquorice→ligusticum wallichii, notopterygium root + the root of fangfeng + Asarum sieboldi Mig→ligusticum wallichii, notopterygium root + angelica root + Asarum sieboldi Mig→ligusticum wallichii, tenuifolia + notopterygium root + angelica root→ligusticum wallichii, angelica root + Asarum sieboldi Mig + liquorice→ligusticum wallichii, notopterygium root + the root of fangfeng + liquorice→ligusticum wallichii and so on.Conclusion: The wind medicine is the main medicine of migraine treatment in Ming Dynasty, and rhizoma ligustici wallichii was the first medicine to treat headache in Ming dynasty, and also rhizoma ligustici wallichii and drugs for relieving Exterior Disorder are commonly combination used for the treatment of headache in Ming Dynasty. Tonic drugs and antipyretic are commonly used medicine for treatment of headache in Ming dynasty, and has a rich compatibility with the wind medicine. Mining association rules can be used for the law of ancient headache study prescription compatibility. |
