Objective:The purpose of this paper is to under the guidance of TCM theory, through clinical observation, using certain statistical methods to study reflux esophagitis(RE) lip, tongue, stomach mirror TCM distribution, for reflux esophagitis treatment to provide more objective evidence, so as to enrich and develop TCM diagnosis and treatment system.Ways:In the part of clinical study according to the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and screened 124 patients with RE, collecting medical records, careful observation of the patient's lip like tongue. Stomach mirror, carefully fill in the questionnaire. Using SPSS17.0 software to analyze the collected data, summarize the characteristics of each factor and TCM syndrome type and lip like, tongue, stomach image correlation.Results:1.Patients with more men than women, in middle age group(45-60 years) most, the occupation to staff most course < 1 years most, improper diet and poor mood as the main causes, acid regurgitation, heartburn, belching, retrosternal burning or discomfort, bitter taste in the mouth is a common clinical manifestation. 2.The TCM syndrome type distribution from high to low in order for syndrome of stagnated heat of liver and stomach, the incoordination between the liver and stomach syndrome, damp heat syndrome, Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome, syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach. Endoscopic grade to grade A is the largest, followed by B. Esophageal mucosa followed from more to less punctate or strip hyperaemia, edema, erosion and ulcer. 3.Relation of liver and stomach heat syndrome: esophageal mucosa as dots or stripes congestion, edema, erosion is also visible, ulcer was rare, with grade B. Lips, pale lips more common, lip quality of normal or chapped lips, tongue red, moss thin yellow. Syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach: esophageal mucosa as dots or stripes congestion, edema, erosion, ulcer was rare, to the A-class mainly. Pale lips more common, lip matter more than normal, pale red tongue, thin white fur.accumulation of damp heat syndrome: esophageal mucosa edema, erosions, ulcers can be seen to grade B and C level. Lips more see, lips chapped, visible lip sores, tongue red, yellow greasy moss. Fourthly, phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome: esophageal mucosal petechial or strip hyperemia, edema, erosions, ulcers were seen to C grade. Dark lips more see, also visible petechiae, ecchymoses, dark red tongue or petechiae, ecchymoses, moss white greasy. Fifthly, weakness of the spleen and the stomach syndrome: esophageal mucosal erosion, ulcer and surrounding hyperemia and edema was not obvious to D grade. Pale white lipped, visible lip crumbs, tongue pale, less moss, no moss or peeling off. Conclusion: 1.Syndrome type of TCM syndrome of stagnated heat of liver and stomach, the majority of disharmony between liver and stomach, the degree of inflammation lighter and esophageal mucosa in dots or strip hyperaemia, Grade A, grade B; incoordination between the liver and stomach syndrome was the most common grade A, grade B with syndrome of stagnated heat of liver and stomach, C-class to damp heat syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis cross resistance syndrome mainly, grade D deficiency in the spleen and stomach. Syndrome from excess syndrome to deficiency syndrome, esophageal inflammation from light to heavy. 2.Syndrome of stagnated heat of liver and stomach with pale lips, lips, disharmony between liver and stomach with pale lips see more, damp heat syndrome with vermilion, phlegm and blood stasis cross resistance syndrome with dark red lips, petechia and ecchymosis, weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome with pale lips, pale white lipped see more. 3.Esophageal mucosal hyperemia, edema in tongue is pink or red tongue, thin and whitish fur or thin yellow coating, due to poor Qi, Yu and fire, the fiery inflammation caused by. Esophageal mucosal erosion with dark red tongue, thin and yellow moss, heat Sheng meat rot, qi stagnation and falling into caused by stasis. The tongue in a certain extent, reflect the degree of inflammation of esophageal mucosa. 4. TCM Syndrome Types and lips, tongue image, the relevance of the gastroscopy, can provide an objective basis for clinical syndrome differentiation.
