Experimental Study And Clinical Observation Of Anti-lung Tumor Ointment In The Treatment Of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer With Qi Deficiency

Objective:To inquire into the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Anti-lung Tumor Ointment in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer with Qi deficiency based on TCM Constitution theory.Results:1.Animal experimental results.The Lewis mice model of lung adenocarcinoma in Qi deficiency constitution was made successfully. There were differences in body weight change, body weight change, immune index, tumor weight and VEGF expression between the Anti-lung Tumor Ointment group and the control group.And the effections combined with the gefitinib is better than use the Chinese medicines individually. 2.Clinical observation results.The traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy group are better than the chemotherapy group in the short term efficacy, weight change, KPS score, TCM clinical symptom score, drug toxicity and side effects.Conclusion:1.The mice model of qi deficiency, which was established by the fumigating, was different from the control group in general conditions and immune indexes.So the modeling method was feasible and effective. 2.Anti-lung Tumor Ointment can improve the short-term efficacy of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer effectively, reduce the clinical symptoms, and improve the quality of life. 3.Anti-lung Tumor Ointment can correct the bias of patients with Qi deficiency constitution,enhance the immunity,and improve the function of antifatigue. 4.Anti-lung Tumor Ointment combined with targeted drug or chemotherapy can achieve better curative effect. 5.Inhibiting the expression of VEDF to reduce the tumor angiogenesis may be one of the mechanism which the Anti-lung Tumor Ointment does to inhibit the growth of tumor.
