ObjectiveThis study by using scientific statistical methods analysis the modern literature of Suanzaoren Decoction clinical cases,sum up the clinical indications,conclude Suanzaoren Decoction clinical application regularity and provide reliable support for further guide clinical practice.MethodThe research object of this study is the clinical medical records of Suanzaoren Decoction of nearly thirty years(1980~2015),primary source for domestic medical journals.Strictly according to the inclusion criteria for screening,the selected medical records one by one into the database.And the data of frequency statistics,mainly include the patient's gender,age,time of onset,course of disease,etiology,name of disease,symptoms,tongue and pulse,the dosage of the original prescription and the types of the modified drugs.Through the analysis of the statistical results,mining the clinical apply indication,clear the treating range of Suanzaoren Decoction,thus lay theoretical basis for the clinical application of Suanzaoren Decoction.ResultsIn the medical records,female patients was significantly higher than that of the male patients(about 8:5).The age is mostly 41~50 years old,the onset of the four seasons without difference and the pathogenic factors are mainly emotional factors,fatigue and exopathy.The main clinical indications for Suanzaoren Decoction are: insomnia,dizziness,irritability,palpitations,thirst,fatigue,dreaminess;The secondary indications are: loss of appetite,hyperhidrosis,palpitation,chest tightness and other discomfort;the mainly tongue and pulse:red tongue,thin white fur,pulse string or pulse counting.Explain its pathogenesis characters: blood deficiency of heart and liver.Suanzaoren Decoction is widely used in clinic,not only for the treatment of heart diseases,the treatment of Qi blood body fluid syndrome,hepatobiliary diseases,skin diseases are also commonly used.Commonly used to treat insomnia,depression,headache,dizziness and other diseases.In the treatment of diseases,most commonly used drugs: fossil fragments,Radix rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae alba,angelica,oysters,schisandra,polygala tenuifolia,platycladi seed and so on.Illustrate the characteristics of the syndrome are deficiency and heat.In the treatment pay attention to tonic method and heat-clearing.The main categories of the add herbs are tonic medicine,sedative medicine and heat-clearing medicine.ConclusionThrough statistical analysis,it is found that Suanzaoren Decoction,not only can treat wakefulness,and also can treat depression syndrome,headache,vertigo,itchy skin,chest pain syndrome.It can cure many systems of diseases,such as heart system,qi blood and body fluid,liver gallbladder spleen and stomach,gynaecology and pediatrics.Even used in the treatment of dermatogic diseases and male diseases.Patients were predominantly middle-aged women,and the main cause is emotion,exogenous,overworked,basically concern with special physiological the middle-aged female,easily lead to heart and liver blood deficiency,with emotion factors,exogenous pathogenic factor,fatigue factors,blood deficiency,resulting in endogenous heat generat,disturb the spirit.Through the research,we can find,in all the herbs,the application frequency of deficiency-nourishing medicine is the highest,followed by sedative medicine,heat-clearing medicine.This also illustrate the main pathogenesis of Suanzaoren Decoction: blood deficiency in heart and liver,endogenous heat generat,harassed spirit.Through analysis on the diagnosis and treatment regularity of Suanzaoren Decoction,fully grasp the main symptoms of Suanzaoren Decoction,broaden the clinical application,rationally increase or decrease of medician,to provide theoretical support.
