Objective: through the cycle(PCI)Ischemia Vertigo Patients with brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)and transcranial Doppler(TCD)indexes were detected,the analysis stops halo particles on three focal ischo posterior circulation ischemia(PCI)Vertigo effect,and to explore the possible therapeutic targets and mechanisms of action,clinical drug provides theoretical basis.Methods:Based on general 2015 method in this study,we used random parallel controlled study method,select 72 PCI vertigo patients,all patients were selected within the prescribed time January-2015 years December to Henan traditional Chinese Medicine University First Affiliated Hospital encephalopathy hospital patients,respectively,the 72 cases were divided into western medicine group and Western medicine plus suit check halo particles in the treatment group,36 cases,western medicine foundation treatment group used aspirin,Changchun vinpocetine injection and Western medicine treatment,and treatment group in western medicine treatment given to stop halo particles 5g / package blunt,3 times / day for 2 weeks,and then followed up 2 months.At the time of admission and after drug treatment by evoked potential instrument and Doppler ultrasound instrument of brainstem auditory evoked potential in each wave latency(PL)and wave latency value change of the(IPL),transcranial Doppler blood flow velocity(VM),and pulsatility index(PI),and the use of SPSS software,statistical analysis of the results.Result: 1 check effect of halo particles in vertigo patients BAEP: after drug intervention in two groups compared with before treatment,BAEP I,III,V peak latency and waveform differentiation than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);between the two groups after treatment,halo granule in the treatment group than in control group,III V peak latency was shorter in treatment group than in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the two groups after treatment there are still V peak latency prolonged,but compared with the normal value of improved,treatment group than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two group after the intervention itself after BAEP I-III,III-V inter peak latency(IPL)was shortened(P<0.05),and the halo particles are more obvious than western medicine treatment group III-V inter peak latency,there was significant difference Statistical significance(P < 0.05),but waves I-III IPL,the two groups are compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);prompt stop halo particles can improve the ischemic state of PCI in patients with vertigo in vestibular system to the role of anti vertigo.2.Check effect of halo particles of transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD): two groups of patients respectively after drug treatment to his own,left and right vertebral artery(LVA,RVA),basilar artery(BA)systolic blood flow velocity(VM),and pulsatility index(PI)were significantly improved(P < 0.05);between the two groups after treatment were compared,stop halo granule in the treatment of various indicators of LVA,RVA blood flow velocity was significantly better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),the difference of two groups of RVA pulsatility index(PI)with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Two groups of PI-LVA,PI-BA no significant difference(P > 0.05).It is suggested that the effect of anti atherosclerosis,anti atherosclerosis and increase cerebral blood flow can be improved by improving the hemodynamics of PCI patients with vertigo.Conclusion: 1 check mechanism of halo particles on PCI vertigo may improve the level and different parts of the brainstem auditory pathway in electrophysiology,recovery of vestibular nerve and brain ischemia injured peripheral nerve function,expression of nerve growth factor in the vestibular nucleus,from which play a protective effect on the neurons and the vestibular nucleus the effect of.2 halo particles on PCI vertigo,another possible mechanism and regulation of cerebral vasomotor function,anti atherosclerosis and vascular spasm,increase cerebral blood flow in the ischemic area,improve cerebral circulation perfusion and hemodynamic role.3 "Triple energizer caused by dazzle" theory is innovative and created on the basis of the theory of halo particles can improve posterior circulation blood supply conditions and symptoms of patients with ischemic vertigo,with good safety and long-term clinical application value,it is worth promotion and application for further research.
