With the society gradually entered the aging, finding a way to delay aging, especially the protection of brain tissue has become the focus of widespread attention for the medical community and its significance is in Alzheimer disease's prevention and aging related diseases, maintains human health and prolonging life. Dementia is closely related with aging disease and its damage is one of the major threats to the health and quality of life of the elderly. The main clinical manifestations were lack of cognitive function, the pathological study found that the disease in senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles and neuronal loss is the main pathological features. With the aging population, the disease has become one of the most serious problems facing the elderly medical Research shows that China's elderly patients with AD number is huge.[1-2], and according to the projections,in China over the age of 65 patients with ad is more than 600 million. At present, the main causes of aging are apoptosis, oxidative stress and so on. But excessive expression of inflammatory cytokines may also lead to brain tissue damage, accelerate aging, especially for the elderly By reducing the expression of inflammatory factor in brain tissue, playing a protective role in brain has become a possibility. Heyinganxinfang originated from the "Nanjing", composed by Yuzhu, Guizhi,Fuling, Danshen,Xiyangshen and so on. Research shows that Heyinganxinfang have the effect of [4] inhibition of myocardial cell apoptosis and antioxidant. Heyinganxinfang main components Danshen Yuzhu [8], [9] etc have obvious antioxidant and anti-aging effect. In this experiment,we observate the effect of Heyinganxinfang on expression of TNF-?and IL-6 in brain and serum in natural aging rats,to explore the effect of Heyinganxinfang on inflammatory factors expression in natural aging rats,and to provide a strong theoretical basis for clinical applicationThe 40 20-month and 10 3-month healthy male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: youth group(Youth,n=10),eldly group(Eldly, n =10), and Heyinganxinfang high dose group(HYAX H, n = 10), Heyinganxinfang medium dose group(HYAX M, n= 10), Heyinganxinfang low dose group(HYAX L, n = 10). Then detecting the content and the m RNA expression of TNF-?and IL-6 by ELISA and RT-PCR.Compared with the youth group, the content of TNF-?and IL-6 in brain and serum of the eldey group is higher than the youth group(P<0.05).Comared with the eldly group, Heyinganxinfang high and medium dose group can reduce the content and the m RNA expression of TNF-?and IL-6 with significant differences(P<0.05). While the effect of Heyinganxinfang low dose group to reduce the content and the m RNA expression of TNF-?and IL-6 is not obvious,with no significant difference(P>0.05).These results suggest that the content of TNF-?and IL-6 in brain and serum of the eldly group is higher than the youth group in natural aging rats,and lower than the heyinganxinfang high,medium and low group.Thus heyinganxinfang can downregulation the content and the m RNA expression of TNF-?and IL-6 in natural aging rats.By downregulating the expression of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-?and IL-6 in rats brain and serum,Heyinganxinfang has protective effect on brain, but the effect may be related to the dose.
