Objective:By studying the compatibility variation of rhubarb and aconite, rhubarb and cinnamon, and Guizhi rhubarb, rhubarb and ginger to explore mechanisms of chills and fever Compatibility?Methods:Thermodynamics of biological needs of micro calorimeter method.Experimental study of three aspects,they are effect of different extraction solvents?the variation of hot and cold medicine before and after the drug combination and the study of combined heat and cold medicine drug in different proportions,mainly through the comparison of Biological thermodynamic parameters of the first peak, E.g Growth rate constant?Time to peak?Peak heating power and The time of thermal spectrum curve growth?Total heat. Study influences of change potency through a combination of heat and cold medicine drug,to study compatibility mechanism of a combination of heat and cold herbs?Using susceptibility in the antibacterial activity. Experimental study of cold medicine by Rhubarb and Their Formulae four taste different thermal resistance drug affect the growth of Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella, to study influences of rhubarb's inhibitory by Heat herbs, to study compatibility mechanism of a combination of heat and cold herbs.Results:Biothermodynamics findings: First, Alcohol extract has a stronger inhibitory effect of the growth of Escherichia coli than water extract; Second, Rhubarb inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli better than aconite, cinnamon, cassia twig, dried ginger; third, Traditional Chinese medicine decoction by water is more conducive to play a role in the compatibility.Antibacterial Effect: First,Whether Rhubarb is extracted by water or alcohol extract, its inhibitory effect is reduced,After it compatibility of hot herbs. Second,When the rhubarb and Guizhi compatibility,Its antibacterial better than rhubarb,Because Guizhi is warm,and its antibacterial is well,but it has little effect on the inhibitory effect of rhubarb.Conclusion:Both methods of biological thermodynamics or antibacterial activity,they can study the compatibility of the mechanisms for the chills and fever medicine.The results show,It really can change the bias of traditional Chinese medicine,when combined with heat medicine and clod medicine.
