The Clinical Research Of Catgut Implantation To Control The Postoperative Pain In Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients

Objective: Observation points catgut implantation intervention in clinical curative effect and security of the mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pian.Methods: From meet eligibility criteria of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) in the two groups, two groups of patients in perioperative conventional treatment. The treatment group catgut implantation, at the edge of the buried medical gut postoperative bilateral rank edge point, mount point and long strong point; Control group using methylene blue mixed liquid after local infiltration treatment. During the treatment, compared two groups of experimental data of observation to assess the efficacy of treatment.Results: The two groups in gender, age, course of the treatment, the number of incision, there was no statistically significant difference after statistics analysis(P>0.05), two groups of data are comparable. Two groups after treatment in the postoperative wound pain score within 7 days, 1d, 3d, 5d, 7d within a day of pain duration, postoperative pain for the first time disappear time, postoperative pain time and postoperative analgesia drug usage, and postoperative margin of edema, urination dysfunction, defecate difficulty, etc., the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group. Safety evaluation indexes, the treatment group and control group patients were not found obvious discomfort, displayed higher security.Conclusions: catgut implantation method for after mixed hemorrhoid surgery, curative effect, low cost, durable, can effectively reduce postoperative pain intensity, improve the pain symptoms, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, improve the patient’s postoperative quality of life, is the ideal method of postoperative analgesia.
