Clinical Efficacy Of Ginseng And Astragalus Granule For The Early Metaphase Chronic Renal Failure With The Spleen Kidney Failure And Turbidity Toxin Retention Type

Objective: Observation of Ginseng and Astragalus Granulet as well as the role of Supplementing Qi and temperature Yang,detoxification and excreting wastes compound of deficiency of the spleen and kidney failure and clinical therapeutic effect of turbidity toxin retention type of chronic renal failure in the early and middle and further guidance to physicians in clinical practice for the selection and application of formulas and medicinals.Methods: 70 cases of chronic renal failure in patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases). Treatment group were treated with Shenqi Jiedu ointment based on the basic treatment; control group on the foundation of basic treatment plus Niaoduqing. To observe the improvement of laboratory indexes before and after treatment in two groups of patients with clinical symptoms of integral and serum creatinine, blood uric acid, blood urea nitrogen, hemoglobin, serum albumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, 24 hour urinary protein quantitative.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%, which was better than that of the control group 74.29%(P<0.05);2.For lazy languid/shortness of breath, cold, and cold limbs, less food, stay cold, waist pain, lumbar debility, nocturia qing long, defecate false the curative effect of these symptoms, the shenqi group than the niaoduqing group has significant advantage(P<0.01);3. After treatment, the two groups can reduce the levels of BUN, Scr,Ccr,UA, CO2 CP, TG, TC, Hb, UTP, ALb, levels, the shenqi group in reducing UTP, improve the ALb is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ginseng and Astragalus Granule can effectively reduce urinary albumin, reduce the bun, SCR, UA, CO2 CP, TC, TG, UTP, also can improve the Hb, ALB levels, improve kidney function, delay the progression of chronic renal failure, and for the treatment of asthenia of both the spleen and kidney failure, turbidity toxin retention type chronic renal failure provides a new and effective way.
