| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Astragalus ginseng nourishing blood soup on erythropoietin-induced deficiency of qi and blood in spleen and kidney,and to propose a new idea of its clinical formulation.Methods:A total of 72 patients diagnosed with acute renal anaemia(RA)with low response to erythropoietin were randomly divided into 36 groups,each of which was treated with the same background therapy,the control group took roxacostat capsules and the observation group took Astragalus and Rosacostat capsules.The clinical trial lasted 8 weeks,and RBC,Hb,Hct,CREA,Urea,FA,SF,Vit-B12,hs-CRP,TCM and safty index before and after treatment were recorded,and the statistical results were analysed by SPSS25.0 to evaluate the Astragalus ginseng nourishing blood soup treatment effect.Results:1.The results showed that the anemia of both groups were significantly different(P<0.05),and the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.Both groups improved CREA and urea(P<0.05),and observed group efficacy was superior(P<0.05).3.After treatment,improvement in hs-CRP was observed in the two groups(P<0.05),and The hs-CRP level of the two groups was improved(P<0.05).4.GRF improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),with better efficacy in the observation group(P<0.05).5.Overall effect:The observation group’s response rate was 91.67%,and the control group’s response rate was 77.78%(P<0.05).6.Safety analysis:No adverse reactions were observed in the observation group;nausea and vomiting were found in 2 patients in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.56%,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Astragalus ginseng nourishing blood soup significantly improves the TCM symptoms of erythropoietic hyporeactive renal anaemia of the spleen-kidney qi deficiency type.2.Astragalus ginseng nourishing blood soup can significantly improve the anaemia index,renal function index and glomerular filtration rate in patients with erythropoietin hypo-responsive renal anaemia,and play a role in protecting renal function.3.The efficacy of Astragalus ginseng nourishing blood soup in treating erythropoietic hyporeactive renal anaemia of the spleen-kidney qi deficiency type is remarkable,and it can correspondingly improve the adverse effects of Rosasta Capsules,which is safe and worth promoting. |
