Research Of Regularity Between Positive Reaction Auricular Points And Migraine Of Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang And Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Objective: To observe and compare the loss of auricular points on patients with fal se positive reaction point migraine of liver yang hyperactivity and blood. To explor e the different TCM syndromes in patients with migraine and exacerbation and rem ission period of ear positive reaction point rule and provide objective basis for diag nosis and differentiation of auricular acupoint treating migraine.Methods: The source of the research object was from Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine in the Affiliated Hospital of 2014.6-2016.1 of non pre monitory migraine patients and with liver yang hyperactivity and blood deficiency t ype of deficiency of TCM diagnostic criteria of patients with 40 cases and healthy people,a total of 20 cases.The auricular point detection in patients with auricular po int detector. Survey data used the SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:(1) Comparison of ear point reaction of the experimental group and th e control group reacted with significant difference(P<0.05).(2) The positive reaction point of the test group was shown by Logistic regress ion analysis.Liver yang hyperactivity type migraine patients reacted with ear tip, S henmen, cortex, liver, sympathetic, bile, temporal, occipital, endocrine, a total of nin e points with statistical significance(P<0.05).Deficiency of Qi and blood deficiency type migraine patients with cortical, hanging, Shenmen, sympathetic, temporal, end ocrine, forehead, kidney, heart, stomach, triple burner, a total of 11 points with stati stical significance(P<0.05).(3) In the experimental group, the migraine attack and remission of ear positive reaction points compared with significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:(1) The reaction possessed specific migraine ear. The ear pathological reaction attacked strong.(2) Associated with migraine of liver yang hyperactivity otopoint included ear a pex, Shenmen, subcortex, liver, gallbladder, sympathetic, temporal, occipital, endocri ne; Qi and blood deficiency type of deficiency of migraine the ear included subcort ex, hanging, Shenmen, sympathetic, temporal, endocrine, forehead, kidney, heart, sto mach, triple burner.
