Based on the theory of spleen-stomach in the process of historical development, the paper summarizes the experience and clinical characteristics, through arranging from clinical cases, medical instance and records, academic works and treatise, published and other relevant information in spleen-stomach diseases' treating by the professor of Jiang Jianguo.Professor Jiang presents the complexity dialectical and differentiation thought, this theory has a strong guiding significance applied to the clinical in the treatment of complicated and difficult disease, and put forward the theory notion of "reinforcing principle without deficiency constitution ". Elaborate to the prescription of Ban Xia Xie Xin soup and remedy of “Opening Qi and blood with acrid herbs, Descending Qi with bitter”.
