| Objective:To study the curative effect of Jianpi Xiaodu drinks in precancerous lesions of CAG, and explore its action mechanism from theory and clinical, to provide the new idea and method for diagnose and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from poison of precancerous lesions of CAG.Methods:Choose meeting eligibility criteria of precancerous lesions of CAG in patients with 60 cases, divided into 2 groups randomly, the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases each. The experimental group were treated with Jianpi Xiaodu drinks, one dose a day; the control group were treated with weifuchun tablets,taking 4 pieces at a time, three times a day.Both groups in 1 month was a treatment course, a total of 3 period of treatment. Observe two groups before and after the treatment as the patient's clinical symptoms, gastroscopy and pathological histology, helicobacter pylori, hemorrheology, epidermal growth factor(EGF) and so on.Results:After treatment, the clinical total effective rate in the two groups, the experimental group was 90.00%, the control group was 70.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Group atrophy, intestinal pathological histology and hyperplasia of integral to improve the situation is obviously better than that of control group(P<0.05); The experimental group and control group in the Hp overcast rate is 55.56% and 47.37% respectively; Two groups of EGF expression is compared with improving than before treatment(P<0.05);Two groups of blood rheology than before treatment is compared with significantly improving(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Xiaodu drinks which is based on the "poison damage of spleen deficient of gastric collaterals" is effective agent for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. In improving clinical symptoms, blocking, or even reversing the CAG and changes of gastric cancer before development, has important guiding significance. |
