The Research On The Effect Of Xinwei Granules On The Patients Of Clinical Serum Gastrin (GAS) Levels And Somatostatin(SS) Levels In The Deficiency Of Qi And Yin With Blood Stagnation And Poison Of Gastric Precancerous Lesion

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinwei Granules(XG) on Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)(the deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stagnation and poison) patients and the effect of it on the serum gastrin (GAS) levels and somatostatin(SST) levels, and evaluate the efficacy of XG on the PLGC.Method:Select the PLGC who are in accordance with inclusion criteria in all60cases, and belong to the deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stagnation and poison. They were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, thirty patients in each. The patients in treatment group were treated with XG, one bag each time, three times a day; other patients in control group were treated with Weifuchun, four tablets each time, three times a day. Both of the course of treatment continued three months. After the treatment, compared to clinical efficacy, endoscopic change, pathological changes of gastric mucosa and serum gastrin (GAS) and Somatostatin(SST) levels of the two groups, then analyzed the statistics.Result:(1) The Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms effective rate of treatment group is96.67%, compared with the clinical effective rate of control group76.67%, it was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) The endoscopic effective rate of treatment group is90.00%, compared with the endoscopic effective rate of control group60.00%, it was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) The pathological of gastric mucosa effective rate of treatment group is90.00%, compared with the pathological of gastric mucosa effective rate of control group56.67%, it was statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) The overall clinical effective rate of treatment group is93.33%, compared with the clinical effective rate of control group66.67%, it was statistically significant (P<0.05).(5) After the treatment, the levels of serum GAS of both groups significantly decreased than that before treatment, and the serum GAS level of the treatment group decreased is more obvious, it was statistically significant (P<0.05).(6) After the treatment,the levels of SST of both groups significantly increased than that before treatment, and the levels of SST of the treatment group increased is more obvious, it was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinwei granules can reduce the scoring of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms. It can be partially reverse the pathological state of the gastric mucosal dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia, can reduce the PLGC in patients with clinical symptoms, and can reduce the level of serum GAS and elevated serum level of SST.
