| Ojective:To observe the effect of Xinwei Granules(XG)on gastric precancerous lesions(GPL) (the deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stagnation and poison)patients of clinical symptoms and serum endothelin (ET-1)levels,and evaluates XG on the effect of gastric precancerous lesions.Method:The precancerous lesions who are in accordance with inclusion criteria,belong to the deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stagnation and poison,were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,thirty patients in each.The patients in treatment group were treated with XG,one bag each time,three times a day;other patients in control group were treated with Weifuchun,four tablets each time,three times a day.The treatment course was three months.After the treatment,compared to clinical efficacy, endoscopic change,pathological changes of gastric mucosa and endothelin levels of the two groups,then analyzed the statistics.Result:1.The clinical effective rate of treatment group is 96.43%,compared with the clinical effective rate of control group(78.50%),it was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The endoscopic effective rate of treatment group is 92.86%,compared with the endoscopic effective rate of control group(57.14%),it was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The pathological of gastric mucosa effective rate of treatment group is 92.86%,compared with the pathological of gastric mucosa effective rate of control group(64.29%),it was statistically significant(P<0.05).4. After the treatment,the levels of ET-1 of both groups significantly decreased than that before treatment,and the endothelin level of the treatment group decreased is more obvious,it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinwei granules can reduce the gastric precancerous lesions in patients with clinical symptoms,and to some extent reversed changes in patients with gastroscopy and pathological effects,can reduce the expression of serum endothelin levels. |
