Evaluation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Jianpixiaodu Decoction In Precancerous Lesions Of CAG And Its Effect On P53 Expression

Object:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Jianpixiaodu Decoction on the precancerous lesion of atrophic gastritis and its effect on P53 expression,and to explore the mechanism of the effect of Jianpixiaodu Decoction on the precancerous lesion of atrophic gastritis.Methods:According to the selection criteria of patients,30 patients with CAG with IM and Dys were selected,and all of them were given Jianpixiaodu Decoction treatment(astragalus,rhizoma zedoary,coicis,vine root,etc.).2 times/day,orally.Take 6 days per week,4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,and 3 courses of medication.During the treatment,other drugs for the treatment of CAG precancerous lesions were treated as far as possible.Before and after treatment for 2 weeks,gastroscopy and biopsy,line respectively pathological histology(including chronic inflammation,the active,the degree of atrophy,IM,Dys)observation and immunohistochemistry to observe the expression of P53 protein and curative effect evaluation.Results:(1)The comprehensive efficacy of the treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05);(2)The efficacy of each symptom of Chinese medicine: after treatment,the treatment of epigastric pain,rumination,lack of food,fatigue,fatigue,defecation,tongue and other symptoms were all better than before treatment(P<0.05);(3)The effect of endoscopic treatment after treatment was better than that before treatment(P<0.05);(4)The results showed that the improvement of the overall score of the mucosal histology after treatment was better than that before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of post-treatment mucosal histopathology was better than that before treatment;(5)The efficacy of Hp eradication: 13 C exhalation test was better than before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the eradication of Hp after treatment was better than before treatment;(6)The effect of blood rheology was: after treatment,the blood flow was better than before treatment(P<0.01);(7)P53 protein expression: the P53 protein was down-regulated after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesion can eliminate the clinical symptoms of patients,and can block or even reverse the development of gastric cancer to a certain extent.Prevention and treatment combined with the prevention and treatment of CAG precancerous lesions.From the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory and clinical application of TCM "cure disease-prevention" have been deepened.
