Hypertension is currently a common cardiovascular disease. It increases the burden on the heart, bringing many complications. Bidens, Asteraceae, has a two-way regulation on the blood pressure disease, and is also effective on complications of hypertension. It is valuable to do research on chemical constituents of B. pilosa research. This work studys on the chemical constituents of B. pilosa L.in order to find more bioactive new ingredients in the Bidens, providing reference for development of new modern high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease drug.Literarily, polyacetylglycosides and flavonoids with moderate polarity, are the main active components in Bidens, so experiments on chemical constituents of ethyl acetate fraction were studied. Using thermal reflux extraction method for extraction, general column chromatography method, filler including silicone column (200-300 mesh), and reversed-phase silic--one (ODS), gel rubber column (Sephadex LH-2, and MCI), for separation and purification, using thin layer color spectrum (TLC) method, combined fluorescent, and explicit color situation, for separation results detection, using NMR method (NMR13C, and DEPT, and 1H one-dimensional spect- -rum, HSQC and HMBC two-dimensional spectrum), for structure identi--fication. This experiment separated 15 compounds as follow, stitosterol (1), stigmasterol (2), daucosterol (3), stigmasterol-?-D-Glucoside (4), E-4-O-(6"-p-coumaroyl-4-O-(6"-p-coumaroyl-D-glucopyranosyl)-p-coumaric acid (5), E-4-O-(2"-O-diacet-yl-6"-p-O-diacetyl-6-p-coumaroyl-?-D-glucopyranosyl)-p-coumaric acid (6),7-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl-6,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy aurone ( 7), E-6-O-(6"-O-p-coumaroyl-?-D-glucopyranosyl)-6,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxy aur-one(8),quercetin-3-O-?-D-galactopyranoside (9),7,8,3',4'-trihydroxy flavo-ne (10), (2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxy-palmitoyl amino]-8-octadecene--1,3,4-tr-iol, (11), (2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxy-octadecanoyl amino]-8--octadec-ene-1,3,4-triol (12),Astrocerebroside A(13), Aralia cerebroside (1 4), (2S,3S,4R,-9Z)-1-O-?-glucopyranosy-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxy-palmitoyl am-ino]-8-docosene-1,3,4-triol(15).Checking and summarizing known information respectively for various classes of the seperated substances, cerebrosides lipids and flavonoids with the treatment of hypertension, is visible in the further study of pharmacological activity of these substances, referencing for the research and development of new drugs for hypertension.
