Bidens bipinnata L.which belongs to Bidens L.genus of Tubuliflorae of Asteraceae family,is a kind of traditional folk medicine which is famous for treating hypertension.Modern research has shown that it has bi-directional regulation function for high blood pressure,and there are anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antimalarial activity,etc.The purpose of this research is mainly to separate n-butanol extract layer of the ethanol extract of Bidens pilosa L..The aim of this study was to get new compounds by different kinds of extraction technique,subjecting to repeatedly different kinds of column chromatography and semi-preparation high performance liquid chromatogra,and then obtained pure 30 compounds.And by the application of one dimensional NMR,two-dimensional NMR,HR-ESI-MS and GC-MS spectroscopy detection technology,about this research 26 compounds were identified in all,Including(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-(2',3'-dyhydroxytriocosanoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(1)?(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-10-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(2)?(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxytriocosanoylamino]-10-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(3)?Isookanin-4'-methoxy-7-O-?-D-glucopyrano side(2R)(4)?Isookanin-4'-methoxy-7-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(2S)(5)?Isookanin-3'-methoxy-7-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(2R)(6)?Isookanin-3'-methoxy-7-O-?-D-glucopyra noside(2S)(7)?3',5-dyhydroxy-3,6,4'-trimethoxyl-7-O-?-D-glucopyra noside flavonoid(8)?8,3-dihy droxy-3,7,4-trimethoxy-6-O-?-D-glucopy ranosyl flavone(9)?Hypericin(10)?Isoquercitrin(11)?1-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4R,8E/Z)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(12/13)?1-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4R,8E/Z)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxytriocosa noylamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(14/15)?1-O-?-D-glucopyranosyl-(2 S,3 S,4R,8E/Z)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxydocosanoyl amino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(16/17)?4-O-(6"-O-p-sementoncoacyl-?-D-glucopyranose)-p-coumaric acid(18)?citrusin(19)?4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl glucoside(20)?caffeic acid(21)?fumaric acid(22)?uracil(23)??-sitosterol(24)?1-heneicosanol(25)?n-tetracosane(26)?Compounds 1?5 are new and Compounds 12,13,14,15,16,17,19,20 are firstly isolated from the Bidens genus.The antioxidation of the flavonoids and phenolic acids was reflected by the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical.The results showed that two kinds of compounds could produce DPPH radical scavenging effects to some extent,which provides a reference for the study on the structure-activity relationship of antioxidant activity of two kinds of compounds.In addition,the effects of NO inflammatory factors induced by LPS in vitro were studied.The results show that the cerebrosides and phenolic acids have very high NO inhibitory effect and flavonoids is relatively low,which verifies the material basis of the anti-inflammatory effects of Bidens pilosa L.
