Objective: To explore the factors of gout,to explore the correlation between gout and emotional factors,to discover the methods of gout to be cured.method: The study screemed 60 patients who meet diagnostic criteria of gout and volunteered to be subjects.Patients informed consent.Collecting clinical data of subjects.Using the Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale to test the mentation of subjects.Sorting the data and using SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1 There were 47 males and 13 females in this study,and the ratio of male to female was 3.6:1.2 There were 18 cases of non depressive symptoms,33 cases of mild depression,7 cases of moderate depression,2 cases of severe patients.The rate of depression was 70%.3 There were 20 cases of non anxiety,21 cases of feasible anxiety,7 cases of affirmative anxiety,11 cases of obvious anxiety,1 cases of severe anxiety.The rate of anxiety was 66.7%.4 The scores of depression and anxiety in female group were significantly higher than that in male group.(P<0.05)5 Depression scores of the patients in the primary education groups were higher than those in the other two groups.(P<0.05)6 The group with long duration of depression and anxiety scores were higher than the group with short course of disease.(P<0.05)7 The relationship between serum uric acid level and the quantization score of depression and anxiety indeterminate.(P>0.05)8 The relationship between the image score of the uric acid salt deposit and quantization score of depression and anxiety inconclusive.(P>0.05)9 Clinical symptom score was positively correlated with depression and anxiety.(P<0.05)Conclusions: 1 Gout patients prone to depression and anxiety.The female were more likely to have anxiety and depression than male.2 There was a negative correlation between the degree of culture and the quantitative score of depression in patients with gout.3 There was a negative correlation between the degree of culture and the quantitative score of depression in patients with gout.There was uncertain about the relationship between the degree of culture and anxiety in patients with gout.4 The relationship between the level of serum uric acid and the quantization score of depression and anxiety in patients with gout is dubious.5 The relationship between the image score of the uric acid salt deposit and quantization score of depression and anxiety is non-deterministic.6 Clinical symptom score was positively correlated with depression and anxiety.The higher of the symptom score,the more prone to anxiety and depression.
