Effect Of Modified Mufangji Decoction On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the modified mufangji decoction therapy on chronic congestive heart failure syndrome of phlegm obstructing lung patients influence, the main indicators of TCM syndromes and symptoms integral, heart function, metabolic equivalent, quality of life, evaluation modified mufangji decoctiont therapy of the clinical efficacy.Methods:60 cases of chronic congestive heart failure patients (Chinese medicine is a syndrome of phlegm obstructing lung), were randomly divided into for control group (n= 30), was treated with routine western medicine; treatment group (n= 30), modified mufangji decoctiont therapy on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine, treatment for 3 weeks. The differences of symptoms, signs, objective indexes and quality of life of the patients before and after taking medicine were observed.Result:1 TCM syndromes and main symptom scores:compared with before treatment, the two groups of TCM syndromes and symptom scores were significantly decreased (P< 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P< 0.05).2 NYHA cardiac function:the groups can improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05).3 Metabolic equivalent:compared with before treatment, the two groups of metabolic equivalent levels were significantly improved (P< 0.01), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P< 0.05).4 Minnesota heart function incomplete quality of life scale (MLHFQ): compared with before treatment, the two groups of Minnesota life quality points were reduced (P< 0.01), and the treatment group than the control group (P< 0.01).5 Ultrasound echocardiography:compared with before treatment, two groups had significant difference (P< 0.01), the treatment group in EF, FS,a peak was significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1 Effect of modified mufangji decoction can reduce the TCM syndromes and symptoms;2 Effect of modified mufangji decoction can improve the cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure, improve the metabolism of equivalent value;3 Effect of modified mufangji decoction can improve the cardiac function of Minnesota life quality score.4 Effect of modified mufangji decoction can improve heart function, improve the ejection fraction.
