The Efficacy Of Wen Jie Tang On Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte Subsets CD4,CD8,and The Serum Complement Of C3,C4 In Patients With Recurrent Aphthous Ulcers

Objective: This experiment aims to evaluate the efficacy of Wen Jie Tang objectively,explore the possible mechanism of action and provide a reliable theoretical support for the clinical treatment and drug development finally,by observing its influence on symptoms of the recurrent aphthous ulcers patients,signs and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD4,CD8,and the serum complement of C3,C4,contrasted with the therapy of the combination of roxithromycin and vitamin capsules B2.Methods: We divided the diagnosed with recurrent aphthous ulcers(the heat under the cold syndrome)patients,in Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional dentistry From June 2014 to December 2015,a total of 60 cases,marked as a random number 1 to 60,into two groups,which is consist of 30 cases per group.One group is furnished with Wen Jie Tang,the control group is furnished with roxithromycin capsules,combined with vitamin B2.We evaluate the clinical symptoms,signs and safety indicators and measurement of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD4,CD8 and the changes of the serum complement of C3 and C4,2 weeks later.And we continue to follow the status of patients relapse within three months.Results: 1 Security: There are no adverse reactions blood,urine and stool changes.The liver,renal function and dan no abnormal electrocardiograma are all in normal condition;2 Clinical Syndrome: Most of the condition of patients such as the group area,number,pain,wound healing and other syndromes and signs were improved compared with pre-treatment(P <0.05).The total effective rate treated with Wen Jie Tang is 93%,while the western medicine control group is 86%.There is no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05)3 Detection Indicator: Both of the average level of the two groups of peripheral blood CD4 T lymphocyte subsets and serum complement C3,C4 were increased(P <0.05),and the CD8 levels decreased(P <0.05).The treatment effect has no significant difference(P >0.05).4 Long-term effect: The recurrence rate of arm solution within three months is 19%,and the contrast group is 84%.There is a significant statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion: The Wen Jie Tang treatment of recurrent oral ulcers under hot cold syndrome can significantly shorten the course of recurrent oral ulcers,relieve pains,and reduce the relapse rate,with obvious effects in terms of syndromes.It can improve the peripheral blood CD4 T lymphocyte subsets and serum complement C3,C4 levels,decrease the level of CD8.And it is also further proved that those levels are associated with recurrent oral ulcers.In comparison,both of the two therapy have the same effect in local lesions and syndromes quite recover.But the Wen Jie Tang treatment has significant advantages in terms of long-term efficacy and there are no significant adverse events and side effects.
