Objective:To observe the effects of the prescription of reducing phlegm and promoting blood circulation and detoxication on the expression of blood lipoids,Hs-CRP and IL-1 in acute conoary syndrome patients after PCI.Method:Sixty-three patients with acute conoary syndrome from 18 to 75 years old were selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in the intracardiac ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan TCM College, who must be treated with PCI.These patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,33 patients in control group and 30 in treatment group. The former was treated with standard western medicine, and the latter was treated with Chinese medicine-the prescription of reducing phlegm and promoting blood circulation and detoxication based on the standard western medicine for one month. After the treatment for a month, the change of LVEF,LVEDD and the score of TCM symptoms were recorded before the treatment and one month after the treatment. The level of the Hs–CRP and IL-1 was detected before the PCI and one day,one week and one month after the PCI.And the level of the blood lipids and the compliance rate of LDL-c also was detected before the PCI and one month after the PCI.Results:1.Analysis of the baseline dataThere were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in gender, age, smoking history, history of hypertension, history of high cholesterol, history of diabetes, history of stroke, myocardial infarction type, type of illness, type of surgery, the number of vascular lesions, distribution of the target vessel,GRACE score, stent length(P>0.05).2.Comparison of blood lipid levels(1)Before treatment:The total cholesterol(TG),triacylglycerol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c)of two groups were no significance difference(P>0.05).(2)After one month of treatment between the two groups:after treatment, the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,apo B,apo B/apo A of two groups decreased significantly than before and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.01).The treatment group decreased significantly compared with control group(P<0.01).In the levels of apo A the control group did not change significantly before treatment(P>0.05),treatment group increased(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of LDL-c compliance rate:after one month treatment, the compliance rate of treatment group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)and interleukin(IL-1)levels of two groups(1)Before treatment:There was no statistical significance between the two groups in Hs-CRP and IL-1(P>0.05).(2)After treatment:The levels of Hs-CRP and IL-1 increased after treatment, especially one day after Percutaneous coronary artery stent implantation(PCI),which compared with the levels of Hs-CRP and IL-1 before treatment, one week after PCI and one month after PCI with statistical difference(P<0.05).The level of Hs-CRP and IL-1 after PCI showed a downward trend, and there were statistical differences with multiple comparison(P<0.05).The levels of Hs-CRP and IL-1 one month higher than before treatment, the comparison in IL-1 was significant(P<0.01),not significant in HsCRP(P>0.05).4.Recent Evaluation of cardiac function:Before and after treatment, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the aspect of LVEF(P<0.01),but there were not in the aspect of LVEDD(P>0.05);after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The score of symptoms before and after treatment(1)Before treatment:there was no statistical significance between the two groups in the score of symptoms(P>0.05).(2)After treatment:the score of symptoms decreased significantly than before treatment(P>0.05)and there was statistical differences with comparion between control group and treatment group.Conclusion1.Combined with the prescription of reducing phlegm and promoting blood circulation and detoxication,Western medicine can reduce blood lipoids of patient with acute conoary syndrome more effectively, keep the balance between the factors of atherosclerosis, increase the compliance rate of LDL-c and reach the standard of LDL-c ahead of time.2.The patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI have obvious inflammatory response.Combined with the prescription of reducing phlegm and promoting blood circulation and detoxication,Western medicine can effectively control inflammatory response after PCI,preventing the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular eventsand improving the clinical curative effect.3.Combined with the prescription of reducing phlegm and promoting blood circulation and detoxication,Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of the patients with acute coronary syndrome, giving full play to the features and advantages of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.
