The Clinical Research On The Reducing Turbidity And Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction Which Be Used To Treat The Phlegmblood Stasis Type Of Hyperlipidemia

Objective : This study is based on the combination of disease and syndrome, to observe the therapeutic effect and safety of the reducing turbidity and promoting blood circulation decoction in patients with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome type of hyperlipidemia by means of strengthening the spleen and eliminating phlegm,dehumidification.Methods:80 cases of patients with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome type diagnosed by TCM syndrome differentiation and hyperlipemia diagnosed by Western medicine were divided into two groups.Number them 1 to 80 according to the order of their consultation. According to the principle of randomization, 80 cases of patients were divided into the treatment group(Reducing turbidity and promoting blood circulation decoction granules) with 48 cases and the control group(Chinese patent medicine Xuezhikang capsule) with 32 cases. The treatment group were treated with the decoction of Reducing turbidity and promoting blood circulation(Composed of single granule, a daily agent, drink with boiled warm wate after breakfast and dinner). The control group were treated with the Xuezhikang capsule(Taking drugs after breakfast and dinner,2 capsules each time).Results:(1)The curative effect evaluation:(1)Comparison of blood lipid indexes between two groups of patients before and after treatment:Group comparison before and after the treatment are significant difference(P<0.01).Two groups can reduce the level of blood lipid in patients, but the treatment group is better than the control group in lowering the TG level(P<0.05).Two groups can reduce the level of TC and LDL-C, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Two groups can improve the level of HDL-C, the difference wasnot statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of therapeutic effects of two groups of patients before and after treatment: The total effective rate of the treatment group was83.33%; the total effective rate of the control group was 81.25%, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of two groups of patients with SOD before and after treatment: Two groups can improve the level of SOD, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of two groups of patients with CRP before and after treatment: Two groups can reduce the level of CRP, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)Comparison of therapeutic effects of TCM in the two groups before and after treatment: The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%, the total effective rate of control group was78.3%, and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Two groups can improve the scores of the TCM syndrome,but the treatment group is better than the control group in lowering the scores of the TCM syndrome(P<0.05). In improving the individual TCM syndrome, the Reducing turbidity and promoting blood circulation prescription was significantly better than that of the Xuezhikang group,especially in the chest, heavy limbs, loose stool, less food, had more obvious effect(P<0.01). It indicated that the therapeutic effect of Reducing turbidity and promoting blood circulation prescription in improving clinical symptoms of TCM is better than that of Xuezhikang capsule.?Safety evaluation:The 48 cases of treatment group were observed before and after treatment in the examination of blood, urine, stool, CK,CK-MB,ALT,AST,BUN,Scr,UA laboratory test results were within the normal medical reference value range, The ECG were normal,and no significant difference was found. It showed that the blood stasis and activating blood prescription was safe in clinical use, and no adverse reaction and side effects were found.Conclusion: The Reducing turbidity and promoting blood circulation prescription can reduce the levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, CRP in serum of patients with hyperlipidemia,it also can improve the level of SOD and HDL-C. The Reducing turbidity and promoting blood circulation prescription was safe and reliable in clinical application,it was worth promoting.
