Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Yipiruangan(YPRG)decoction combined with anti-HBV drug in the treatment of HBV-related liver fibrosis in the short-term,from the change of symptoms integral, liver function, blood routine, blood serum liver fibrosis indexes and liver and spleen ultrasonic. Methods:According of Open-label,randomized,controlled method principle, the 60 patients with HBV-related liver fibrosis, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group contained 30 cases, two groups took the basis of equal treatment, treatment group give Yipiruangan(YPRG)decoction, daily 1 agent,2 times daily oral; The control group given Fu-Fang-Bie-Jia-Ruan-gan-Pian,4/time,3 times a day, period of treatment for 12 weeks.Observed in patients with symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine(integral)and quantify, liver function, blood routine, serum liver fibrosis indexes and liver and spleen indices such as ultrasound, liver elastic parameter values change in each group before and after treatment, evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Yipiruangan(YPRG)decoction treat HBV-related liver fibrosis, and combined with renal function, urine sample, electrocardiogram to evaluate the security of Yipiruangan(YPRG)decoction.Results:1.Subjects into groups:The indicators of two groups of cases controlled demographic characteristics, vital signs, history of treatment, liver function, blood routine, serological indexes of liver fibrosis, liver elastic parameters, and ultrasonic, among which there are no significiant difference;2.Liver function changes:Each group have significant differences in ALT,AST,TBIL,GLO after the treatment(P<0.05),and the difference of the treatment group was significant in ALT,GLO after 12 weeks, and TBIL after 4 weeks TBIL to the control group(P<0.05);3.The change of blood routine:Each group have significant differences in WBC and PLT after the treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between two(P>0.05);4.Serological indexes of liver fibrosis changes:Each group have no significant differences in HA,LN,P-?-P,?-C after the treatment(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between two(P>0.05);5.Ultrasonic changes:Each group have significant differences in portal vein trunk diameter, splenic vein diameter, spleen thickness and length value after the treatment(P<0.05),compared with control group, the difference of the treatment group was significant in portal venous trunk diameter inner diameter and the spleen, spleen thickness value to the control group(P<0.05);6.Elastic parameter changes of liver:Each group have significant differences after treatment(P<0.05),compared with control group, the difference of the treatment group was significant(P<0.05);7.Symptoms integral:Each group have significant differences after treatment(P<0.05),compared with control group, treatment group improved more significantly(P<0.05);8.Safety indicators:All patients well tolerated and there was no adverse reaction occurred, the urine routine, renal function and electrocardiogram of before and after treatment were not found to have the change of clinical significance. Conclusion:Yipiruangan decoction can lower TCM symptom score, improve the clinical symptoms and liver function, increased the level of WBC and PLT,narrow the spleen,to reduce the trunk diameter, spleen vein diameter, reducing liver elastic parameter values and other indicators,so,it delay progression of liver fibrosis to a certain extent.Yipiruangan decoction is a safe and effective drugs in the treatment of HBV-related liver fibrosis.
