Purpose:The purpose of this theoretical and clinical research on children with asthma in remission stage of the Etiology, Pathogenesis and control of prescriptions, systematic observation and discussion, primarily by analyzing the frequency of asthma attacks and the attack was significantly lower remission rate and improvement in lung qi deficiency symptoms situation, comparing Western and Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of asthma in remission stage of clinical efficacy, for the establishment of children's asthma in remission stage of Chinese medicine in treatment programs provide an objective basis for standardization. Methods:The clinical study 65 cases of asthma in remission stage lung spleen-deficiency type of children were randomly divided into two groups, were given oral administration of the strengths of Gu Ben Fang Xiao Yin to drink+ Point Application (test group) and Pulmicort Turbuhaler inhalation (control group), to collect medication before and after the two children with primary and secondary efficacy endpoint of change, especially changes in the lung qi deficiency symptoms, the use of statistical methods for analysis and processing. Results:Clinical study results showed that: the test group can decrease the onset of asthma and improve lung qi deficiency symptoms in children. Conclusion:Gu Ben Fang Xiao Yin can significantly improve asthma in remission stage lung spleen-deficiency-type children's lung qi deficiency symptoms and more effective than western medicine.
