Soil Fuling Decoction Treating Adjuvantly Proteinuria In Diabetic Nephropathy Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the changes of proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy treated with oral administration of the Soil Fu Ling decoction.Methods:84 diabetic nephropathy patients from September 2013 and 2015 April were divided into the control including 40 patients, given routine treatment, ant the observation including 44 patients, given them Soil Fu Ling decoction for 2 months. The changes of blood glucose, blood lipid, albumin, renal function, 24 hours urinary protein and clinical symptoms were compared between the control group and the treatment group.Results:After treatment, two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were improved, the total efficiency of treatment group was 84%, the total efficiency of the control group 70%, compared the total efficiency, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, there was statistical significant( P < 0.05); The treatment group and control group before treatment there was no statistically significant difference comparing the related indicators(P>0.05); the control group before and after treatment related indicators had no significant difference(P>0.05); before and after treatment, the patients in the treatment group 24 hour urinary protein quantitative decreased significantly, serum albumin increased, differences between two groups have statistical significance,(P<0.05); the control group compared with treatment group, treatment group with 24 hours urine protein significantly decreased, serum albumin increased, differences between two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Soil Fu Ling Tang treatment of diabetic nephropathy III-IV clinical efficacy than the control group, has a significant clinical effect.2. Soil Fu Ling Tang treatment of diabetic nephropathy III-IV patients to make the urine protein decreased, plasma albumin increased, blood glucose, blood lipid, renal function had no significant effect.3.On the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine, the addition of the soil Fu Ling Tang is better than western medicine treatment, to improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy.4. Soil Fu Ling Tang may reduce urinary protein leakage and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy, to provide a new prescription for clinical medicine and dialectical thinking...
