In China, ginseng which is a rare medicinal herb has always been known as the "king of herbs". In the west, known as the PANAX C.A. MEYER GINSENG, "PANAX" comes from the Greek, meaning "guarantee to cure all diseases". According to the records of Chinese medicine books, ginseng medicinal history can be traced back to more than 5000 years ago. Ginsenoside is the main active ingredient of ginseng. At present, more than 48 kinds of ginseng saponins have been identified and purified. And it has been widely studied in the treatment of various diseases. Chinese Changbai Mountain ginseng saponins ingredients are higher than others, but it is not easy to obtain, and the price is expensive. And another ingredient is ginseng oligosaccharides in ginseng, rarely reported to research. At present, according to the experimental results, it can promote the proliferation of lymphocytes, increase phagocytosis of cells, and stimulate the immune regulation of macrophages. However, the effect of ginseng oligosaccharides on memory function is not clear. In this paper, the research object is mainly based on ginsenoside and ginseng oligosaccharide, the effect of ginsenoside and oligosaccharides on the memory protein was detected by feeding mice experiment. This experiment mainly includes three parts: First, feeding ginseng oligosaccharides to the experimental mice, detect the expression of memory protein in the hippocampus of mice by immunohistochemical method; second, feeding the experimental mice ginseng saponins, brain tissue in mice was cut into slices, to discuss the effect of Ginsenoside on related memory protein in mice brain; third, specific expression proteins of learning and related memory which was bred ginseng saponins and ginseng oligosaccharides in mice were verified by western blot technology. The expression of protein in the hippocampus of mice was determined by HE staining and immunohistochemical staining of mouse brain tissue sections. The results showed that ginseng oligosaccharide could make the pyramidal cells in the hippocampal area of mice arranged closely, and the pyramidal cell line was more clearly visible, and the number of pyramidal cells was a significant increase.Immunohistochemical results showed that ginseng oligosaccharides and ginsenoside could enhance the expression of CDK5, MAP2, GAP-43, NFKBp65 and Tau(Thr231) protein in the hippocampus area.Specific proteins were detected by western blot, so as to determine the effect of Ginsenoside on learning and memory in mice. The expression of CDK5, MAP2, GAP-43, Tau(Thr231) and NFKBp65 was detected.
