Objective: to observe the effect of urokinase in the treatment of long-term deep vein catheterization infection; To explore the role of urokinase in the treatment of long-term vein catheterization infection; Explore the role of urokinase to prevent thrombosis in the treatment of long-term infection and the role of guarantee adequate dialysis blood flow. Methods: Among 38 cases in the People’s Liberation Army 401 hospital with long-time deep vein catheterization infection, 17 cases of men and 21 cases of women, aged 40 to 76 years old. Randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group: Urokinase 150000 units sealed tube for 30 minutes, then use the mixture of cefoperazone sulbactam- heparin to seal tube everyday. The control group: use cefoperazone sulbactam- heparin mixture to seal tube directly for everyday.Compare the period of treatment for the long-term deep vein catheterization infection and the flow of blood to the dialysis of 2 the groups. Results: The treatment period of urokinase group is shorter than pure antibiotics group, and the dialysis blood flow of urokinase using group is better than the control group. Conclusion: Using of urokinase for half an hour before sealing tube with mixture of cefoperazone sulbactam- heparin can shorten the anti-infection treatment course, urokinase using group will achieve better blood flow to dialysis than the control group.
