| Objective Detection of plasma level of E-selectin(Es), Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),Nitric oxide(NO) in healthy offspring with hypertension parents,to explore their roles in hypertension as well as genetic relationship, provide objective basis for screening for hypertension high-risk groups, the primary prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods Random selection 120 healthy offspring with hypertension parents as the research object,Age of 26 to 40 years old. According to the parents of cardiovascular risk, research objects can be divided into low risk group, medium risk group, high risk group and very high risk group. Each group of 30 cases. The level of plasma Es were determined by ELISA, CGRP by radioimmunoassay and NO by Nitrate reduction colorimetric method. Fasting Blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterin(TC),triglyceride(TG),uric acid(UA) were determined by Automatic Chemistry Analyzer. Results The plasma levels of E-selectin and Calcitonin gene related peptide in different level risk group were increased as compared with those in the control group, and the NO reduced,P<0.01~0.05. Plasma Es,CGRP and NO among the different level risk group have significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Young healthy offspring with hypertension parents, plasma levels of Es,CGRP and NO level has changed before hypertension has not yet developed. This is likely to be the reason why high hypertension risk groups can maintain normal blood pressure. These changes related to heredity, family history of hypertension risk stratification. |
