Objective:Aim to compare the result of Gadolinium-enhanced Inner-ear MRI in Idiopathic Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss with different frequency hearing impairment. And to estimate the Correlation between the result of Gadoliniumenhanced Inner-ear MRI and cVEMP.Methods:Pure tone audiometry,cVEMP and Gadolinium-enhanced Inner-ear MRI were performed in 38 unilateral ISSHL patients. The patients were grouped according to the examination results. Then the examination results were analyzed. Results:There were significant difference(P<0.05) in the positive rate of Gadolinium-enhanced Inner-ear MRI between low frequency group and non-low frequency group. There were no significant difference(P>0.05) between abnormal-cVEMP group and normal-cVEMP group in the positive rate of labyrinthine hydrops and vestibular hydrops. Conclusion:The positive rate in Gadolinium-enhanced Inner-ear MRI of low frequency ISSHL patients is higher than non-low frequency group, and it matched the opinion that labyrinthine hydrops may create low frequency ISSHL.cVEMP could not exactly reflect the condition of labyrinthine hydrops in ISSHL.
