Medical information construction is quite important for Chinese medical and health system reform, and it is also essential for the modernized management of Chinese medical and health organizations. In medical and health service industry, medical information construction can be view as a historical process of utilization of information technology and information resources, improving the service quality and effectiveness, reform and optimization of resources and factors, and finally industry upgrading.
