Objective:This study aims to observe hematoma absorption and limb movement disorder improvement in intracerebral hemorrhage patient early treated by scalp electrical acupuncture, which provides an clinical application evidence for the contralateral scalp electrical acupuncture.Method:96 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group, control group A and group B,(n=32cases). Conventional western medicine treatment, rehabilitation and acupuncture on the suffer limb side were administrated in group B,which was designed as the basic treatment.Basic treatment plus suffer side scalp electrical acupuncture were administrated to control group A.While the treatment of experimental group was given on the contralateral side of scalp.one treatment per day,10 times as a course five times a week, treatment lasted 2 courses, symptom scores measuring CT hematoma volume, simplified Fugl-meyer assessment of movement(FMA) and manual muscle measurement(MMT) was utilized as observed indicators which were adminstrated begin the treatment, the 10th and the 20th treatment, with symptoms integral as observa indexes respectively in the before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effect, adverse reactions of three groups during treatment were recorded to evaluate its safety.Result:1.The clinical curative effect:therapies for cerebral hemorrhage in three groups have curative effect (P<0.01),clinical effect in expermental groups have curative effect, clinical curative effect in experimental group and control group A equals each other(P>0.05),which are superior to control group B (P<0.05).2.Chinese medicine symptom improvement aspects:improvement of the symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage can be seen in three groups (P<0.05), clinical curative effect in experimental group and control group A equals each other(P>0.05),which are superior to control group B (P<0.05).3.The hematoma absorption:therapies of three groups can significantly promote hematoma absorption(P<0.01); comparison between groups, the speed and quantity of hematoma absorption effect in experimental group and control group A equals each other(P>0.05),which are superior to control group B (P<0.05).4.The FMA scoring:improvement of the limb dyskinesia in three groups shows significant curative effect(P<0.01); clinical curative effect in experimental group and control group A equals each other at the 20th treatment(P>0.05),which are superior to control group B (P<0.05).5.Manual muscle testing aspects:three groups of therapy has curative effect on the improvement of the limb muscle strength(P<0.01); By the comparison between groups, experimental group and control group in A treatment to improve limb muscle strength(P>0.05), are superior to control group B (P<0.05).6.Correlation analysis:the improvement of limb movement disorder was positively correlated with hematoma absorption speed and quantity.7.The test procedure occurred five cases of adverse reaction in slight degree, in which the experimental group and control group B are 2 cases and 1 case in the control group A.Conclusion:Three therapies show the treatment effects for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in promoting hematoma absorption and improving limb movement disorder, in which the efficacy of scalp acupuncture group and contralateral scalp affected groups are better than basic treatment group; the improvement of limb movement disorder was positively correlated with hematoma absorption but the quantity of hematoma absorption has no linear correlation with the improvement of limb movement disorder.
