Objective:This study aims to observe Coma Consciousness disorder improvement in intracerebral hemorrhage patient early treated by scalp electrical acupuncture, which provides an clinical application evidence for the contralateral scalp electrical acupuncture.Method:78 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients met the inclusion criteria were randomlydivided into experimental group and control group,(n=39cases).Conventional western medicine treatment was administrated in control group, which was designed as the basic treatment.Basic treatment plus contralateral side scalpelectrical acupuncture was administrated to experimental group. One treatment per day,10 times as a course five times a week, treatment lasted 2 courses.CT hematoma volume,Full outline of unresponsiveness scale(FOUR),Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and Glasgow coma scale-Pittsburgh(GCS-P)was utilized as observed indicators which were adminstrated begin the treatment, the 10 th and the 20 th treatment, with Chinese stroke neurological deficit scores, measuring CT hematoma volume and Glasgowoutcome scale(GOS)as observa indexes respectively in the before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effect, adverse reactions of two groups during treatment were recorded to evaluate its safety.Result:1.The clinical curative effect:The total efficiency of the experimental group is76.31%,the control group is 55.26%.Clinical curative effect in experimental group is superior to control group(P<0.05).2.The hematoma absorption:therapies of two groups can significantly promote hematoma absorption(P<0.05);Comparison between groups, the quantity of hematoma absorption effect in experimental group is superior to control group(P<0.01).3.After the treatment, both groups in GCS,FOUR,GCS-P and Chinese stroke neurological deficit scores were markedly improved, comparing with before has significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison between groups, the experimental group is superior to control group(P<0.05).4.During the treatment, there was one patient in the treatment group has one case of adverse reaction in slight degree, the rest of the patients did not have any adverse reactions. Conclusion:On the treatment of coma consciousness disorder, two treatment methods are both safe and effective.Clinical curative effect in conventional westernmedicine treatment combine with contralateral side scalpelectrical acupuncture that is superior to conventional western medicine treatment(P<0.05).
